MyALice provides a solid platform for integrated on site chat. I used tawk before, but this tool seems more ecommerce oriented. I can easily upsell and help customers during their time in the webstore.

Decent software for small businesses. The monthly limits can look low but they monthly active users which is a big difference. Good compatibility with WooCommerce and (I believe) Shopify. Some features missing at the moment such as email channels but they are on the roadmap. Looking good so far!

– Fast integration and multi-platform integration. My website uses Woocommerce, it only takes 2 minutes to connect my store with MyAlice. In addition, I have also connected my Fanpage.
– I can use MyAlice on both web browser and mobile phone
* The features that I like and are most useful to me, save me a lot of time:
– Search all orders of customers who are chatting
– Search and send suggested products directly to the chat box.
– Create orders directly while chatting with customers
– Automatically suggest products based on keywords when chatting. In addition, it is easy to set up smart auto-reply.

I’m using Myalice in WordPress, integrated Facebook and Instagram posts with just the credentials, zero complexity.
I’m waiting for WhatsApp to be reinstated, but for now having messages from social media clients in one place has been a great help.
Many times the messages were left unanswered for days because there was no time to review the company profiles one by one.

I have tried many helpdesk software before and I have to say MyAlice has been the easiest to use and setup. MyAlice is like your personal assistant, but for your ecommerce business. You can manage all of your customer service conversations in one place, and you can even automate some of the processes. MyAlice has the ability to connect with tons of different channels, I can easily keep my chatbot updated and efficient. If you are looking for helpdesk software, I would recommend trying MyAlice!

Setup process with Woocommerce website is easy and it works well on WordPress 5.9.1 (currently the latest version). With MyAlice, you have both helpdesk and live chat features from various channels which you can see in one dashboard. The reports section makes it easy for you to analyze which channel is the most active and which aren’t.

Nice and easy UI and fast to get started. Their integration with WooCommerce allows me to obtain a 360-degree perspective of my customers. I can see their purchase history, what’s in their basket, which goods they’ve looked at, and much more, making customer service a snap.
The best part is that thanks to the Unified Inbox, I can deliver the same quick automated customer support to consumers who message me on Facebook Messenger and Instagram. I believe they integrate with other chat/texting systems, but I’m currently looking into it.

MyAlice is a solid platform with multi-channel helpdesk, has a decent free tier and good founders. Their chatbot builder is great and just get the job done and same can be said about their omnichannel livechat. They have WooCommerce integration for WordPress which means retrieving customer info while assisting them is very easy and hassle free.
Overall, a good tool with some minor bugs with extremely fast paced development.

I am able to set up the integration with channels, create basic chat bots, and even customize my bot’s auto reply, and run multiple live chats on my sites without reading any documentation.
