Hello,
I’m unable to have points accredited upon completion of the H5P quiz for users with the subscriber role.
I’ve created the arithmetic quiz using H5P. I’ve inserted the shortcode within a post.
I’ve tested with a registered user having the subscriber role.
I’ve tried various settings but I can’t get the points to be accredited. I’ve noticed that the quiz result doesn’t even appear in the logs.
The issue is resolved by setting the role as “contributor,” but I need the users to retain the “subscriber” role.

Thanks for providing the H5P plugin. ??
I have an issue with points for completing specific H5P content and points for completing H5P content not being awarded. Required Percentage, and limit is not set, but have tried various numbers with no luck. Points for other actions such as site login, viewing content, site visit being awarded and shown in the myCred log and on profile.
I am running:
WordPress 5.8
myCred Version 2.4.1
myCred H5P integration Version 1.2.1
H5P content usage is shown in H5P dash and H5PxAPIkatchu. Just not the H5P myCred plugin.
Can you advise how I might be able to fix the issue? Thanks in advance for the help.

]]>Points all of a sudden stopped being rewarded when completing H5P content. I was playing around with ranks and used this tool:

Use this button to calculate or recalculate each individual users total balance if you think your users total balances are incorrect, or if you switch from Ranks being based on users current balance to total balance.
Shortly after this is when I noticed the points were not being rewarded. I am thinking maybe this had something to do with it.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I found a bug while configuring the limit for “Completing H5P Content”:
“No limit” and “Day” are working as intended, but “Week”, “Month” and “in total” always jump back to “Day” after clicking the save button.
In comparison to other hooks (e.g. “for logins”) the Week/Month/in total-limit works great, so it seems to be specifically a myCred H5P-plugin problem to me.
I can reproduce the bug also in a complete fresh wordpress with only H5P, myCred and H5P mycred plugin.

Thank you for your wonderful plugin and this H5P extension.
Just for your information, this H5P extension does give points, does create entries. But no notification is triggered when the user gains points with H5P, though notification works for other actions (viewing a post, comments, ….). I check the log and see the entries for H5P. I can see the actions in the history. Just no notification.
So please have a look and see if there’s anything you could do to this very nice extension.
(I have tried tricks like deactivating and reactivating the Mycred and this extension, but that did not help).

]]>Hello I instaled your plugin and connect it with H5P content. Plugin works good and give points to users after finishing H5P content but not for every specific content. Is there some setting which I can change?

If you can compare points log and H5P results, user got only points for Kviz 1 and not for other specific content. I am runing it on WordPress 5.4.1.
