In my website i just installed and setup the mycred sell content plugin. I use shortcode to sale sepecific place of my page or post. But I found that when user click on the pay button to pay coinsthe button does not work please help me to solve my issue.

i put [mycred_my_balance] in menu label of sub folder of multisite but it not work, It is visible to everyone, both visitor and user . Can you help me?

I’m using the cashcred module, is it possible to make it so users can only withdraw 1 type of point type? At the moment I have ‘cash’ and ‘bonus’ and only want to allow cash to be withdrawn.

when USERS buys coins from my website the paymen go through and i recive the money on my paypal but the it showes as pending on my website and the USERS dosnt recive points i would have to click on payout manualy to make the coins be added to his acc

I appreciate your plugin.

When payment is made by a user via PayPal Standard gateway, it returns back to my website page where all mycred data is kept ie. User balance, transaction tables etc..

However, it shows the return page as logged out… even though it’s not. It does it for both password protected and not protected pages.

Payments are made successfully but credits not applied to user account. Transaction appears as pending in table.

Example return page url https://example.com/credits/PayerID=12345ACBDE

Are there any common troubleshoots for this?

I set it to pay only with mycred points and use the Woocommerce-mycred payment gateway.

An error occurred in the file below, so I had no choice but to directly edit the plugin file to resolve it.

I have notifications set up for sending a notification when “admin manually assigns the rank.” However, this email notification is triggered if unrelated settings are adjusted in User management (such as disabling an account or adjusting the user’s balance manually).

Please fix the notification to trigger only when the rank is changed.

Apologies if this question has been asked. I checked your website but cannot find an updated solution.

I need to find a way to block users from posting anything (posts or in buddypress timeline) if they have no points available.

Ideally, they would see a notification about this and with a link directing them to a page to buy more points.

FYI, I use 2 points types. One is the default, the other is called mycred_biz

I only need this snippet to work for this point type.

HI, I run a competition website, where users can win site cash which can be transferred out to their bank, this is all built around TerraWallet.

I want to add some games where users can pay X and if they win or score high score etc… on an arcade style game, then they can win Y in return.

Do you offer anything in relation to this ? I can see that Pacman is on offer which is great and spin the wheel, but would like funds to come from TerraWallet.

I’m using standard shortcode ([mycred_transfer]) for transferring points between users. Everything works fine when I enter recipient username, amount and message in the input fields. However, when I enter user first name instead of username, I am getting this error: “Recipient not found. Please try again.”.

What can I do to force the plugin to accept user first name when I enter them in the input fields?

Is there a way to display dynamic user data using the provided shortcodes? For example, I’m currently trying to use this shortcode [mycred_leaderboard_position] to display users’ positions on their profiles, which are elementor templates that show dynamic data about the currently viewed user. However, if user X views user Y’s profile, the shortcode still shows user X’s position, not user Y’s position, because the shortcode displays the data of the logged-in user instead of the currently viewed user. I tried to find a solution through the documentation. Still, I only saw the user_id attribute, which doesn’t really solve the problem because I can’t set a specific user ID since I’m using templates, as I mentioned earlier.

I hope I clarified my issue well. Kindly let me know if there’s a solution.

I use Loco translate to translate words and strings from the plugin to Norwegian. However, as you see from my website, there are some strings from mycred_history and mycred_hook_table that display in English. I can’t find these in the strings that are availble for translation, for instance “viewing a post”, “viewing a page”, “viewing Projects”. For instance, I tried to search for “Projects”, but there were no strings that are availble for translation that contained “that word.

It shows up properly as an administrator however as a shop manager you get the above.

I have achieved the following:

• Install Mycred Simple Pay integration and WP Simple pay and I configure test mode
• Create the payment form
• Include the form shortcode on the page
• Activate the Simple pay Hook in mycred and link it to the form

I have tested it and the payment button works correctly, but after making the payment it DOES NOT ADD THE POINTS to the user and it does not appear in the points history table either.

Could you help me please?

This is only 20 logs in size.
If it is 10,000 logs, will it get the bigger? I’m worried about the database breakn.

First, thank you all for making an amazing plugin.

I noticed there’s an error with Total Balance counter. When I manually deduct or add points to a person. If my message is blank (the message field is optional), then my total balance won’t change accordingly. Only the current balance change.

The right behavior should be updating to both total balance and current balance (like when the message is filled, this error doesn’t happen).

Please fix this, thank you
