After the last update the plugin can no longer send email by Chuck.
When I try to send the campaign the following error appears:
Could not send the message. Check your settings!
Could not resolve host ‘mandrillapp.com’

But when do the test in the Settings menu it sends a test message normally.

The error only occurs in sending the campaign.

Hi,

I am trying MyMail to send to a large list of email addresses however seems many of these emails are bounced, hence Mandrill is limiting the send quota.

I am wondering what is the proper way to handle the bounces in MyMail with Mandrill Integration and hence how we can increase the sending quota limits, as seems the Newsletter -> Settings -> Bouncing options are not available as described by this message “Bouncing is handled by Mandrill so all your settings will be ignored”. [ I got tempted to create a new account mandrill-bounces@… but then got stuck when I tried to configuring the Bounce Address in Bouncing options ].

Any advice or best practice recommendation?

I want to send newsletter from Worpress through Mandrill to a big list of suscribers. My question is, can I send a Mandrill html Template from this application?

When sending via Mandrill using MyMail the number of delivered emails is almost double the number of actual recipients.

I have contacted Mandrill support but do you think it could be caused by this addon? I am currently using the SMTP API.

The tracking system when sending via mandrill doesn’t work. Also tested sending via phpmailer without mandrill or smtp … still no tracking.

My credentials are correct yet the mandrill delivery tab states they are wrong and at the top of the page it states the following:

GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.

The wpMandrill plugin is working fine.

Hello- installed this plugin without any issues.

When I’m trying to use this, sending emails seems really slow. I have set a rate of 2500 emails per hour (100 at a time) but according to Mandrill, less than 400 emails are going in an hour. Mandrill has given me a quota of over 4000 emails per hour so its not on their side.

Also, the progress bar is stuck at 0 and no tracking is being provided by MyMail. From Mandrill, I can see that the few emails are being sent/delivered/opened but not in MyMail.
