I am experiencing an issue with the payment process through the MyPOS gateway for WooCommerce. When customers are redirected to the MyPOS website for payment, they encounter “Error Code 1.” This error only appears when using mobile WiFi connections; when mobile data is enabled instead, the payment process works smoothly. This problem persists across different WiFi networks, indicating it might be a broader issue with WiFi connectivity on mobile devices when using the MyPOS payment system.

We had dozens of customers complaining about they can’t finish the transaction because myPOS says they can’t use special characters.
Most of them said they didn’t even try to enter any special characters and they thought there is something wrong with their credit cards.
We figured out that the Woo plugin sends the billing address as POST with all the special characters included (Hungarian, Slovakian, Croatian names and addresses are full off accents).
This is a serious UX issue, since the customer usually don’t even notice the automatically filled address fields and they think they did something wrong when adding their card details.
Solution:
Use the WP remove_accents() functions to sanitize the related fields.
Example:
$post[‘CustomerAddress’] = $this->escape_string(remove_accents($order->get_billing_address_1()));

Hello,
we are getting desperate. WooComerce MyPos checkout is not working for card payments. After we enter the validation code for VISA we do get an error only saying that there is a problem with settings for the webstore. We have tried both setting up MyPos with a Configuration pack, and also using advanced setup with genertated Privat key and public certificate. We have followed the intructions given by MyPos.
Please advise how to solve this.

maybe it’s good idea on order page in admin to have a check if the payment method for the order is MyPOS and if is only to show Payment Status button and the ability to make request.

It is working on test mode but when I switch to live and created a test payment for 9 EUR and they are gone. My card was charged /I received SMS from bank/ but no transaction on mypos.eu account page. No response from support till now.

Params are sent: IPCmethode: “IPCPurchaseCancel”, SID, Signature, etc.
But the response is a blank page.
wc-api with Paypal is working properly, and no information on WooCommerce or Apache log.

We installed MyPOS Virtual for WooCommerce and it works in test mode but not live. Everything is installed according to the tutorial, all certificates and store information but it doesn’t work. The error says that the ‘online store has sent a shopping cart with errors’.
It doesn’t work no matter the amount in the cart.

1) We created and activated a Merchant account in MyPOS.eu.
2) We downloaded and installed Woocommerce myPOS Virtual directly in our eShop from the “Plugins” section of WooCommerce in WordPress.
3) We added our eShop in MyPOS’ site under “MyPOS – Merchant Services – MyPOS Virtual – Online Stores” with all information needed completed.
4) We tried to follow all steps shown for Shopping Carts integration for Woo Commerce at MyPOS.eu, but when we enter “Woo Commerce – Settings – Checkout” in our website’s dashboard, MyPOS Virtual Option is not visible.
For your information, our WordPress version installed is 4.4.4 and Woo Commerce version installed is 2.5.2.
Please inform us if there is something more we should do in order your plugin to work with our site in order to start accepting payments from our customers.
