Hi there, this site is currently hosted at our domain for staging/testing. The Directory is returning 0 results on some queries from iOS devices. we have tested this on our end and confirmed the customers reporting to be accurate.

I have it set that the descriptions are searchable. Queries for Ontario(22 results), Netherlands(2 Results) and Israel(1 result), are showing there is 0 results when searching from a device with iOS.

Is there a know solution to this?

When changing description of a name, tootip is still the old description.

Hello,I noticed strange behavior when using the “show more” option.
If you use the visual editor and format the beginning of a text there (e.g. the first word in italics), onlyy “show more” will be displayed.
Also, when using line breaks, “show more” is moved downwards according to the empty lines (e.g. if you want to separate blocks of text from each other and use “enter” (or in html <br> </br>) for this.Is it possible to prevent this behavior?

Hi Jeroen, Its a great plugin for needs. However, I need to make changes in template and, I want to add some other fields such as city and state.

I want to make the first layout like a spreadsheet with 3-4 columns in a signle row (Like excel spreadsheet, Table view).

And after I want to make a clickable function so that my visitors can easily read the signle information at the second stage.

Hello, we have following issues with letters starting with diacritics:

á, é, í, ó, ú, Y, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ? and ? are (and some others, in languages that use it) different letters than A, E, I, O, U, Y, C, D, T, N, L, S and Z. Currently, latest ND version works with these starting letters as the same letter – e.g ?aba is before ZOO, when it should be after etc., and only one variant is shown in the alphabet list on the top.

In our example we experienced problems with C/?, S/?, U/ú and Z/?.

Hi. I’ve tried adding the following

#name-directory-search-input-box

to my theme css but it won’t style. Not sure why as

#name-directory-search-input-button

works okay.

I’ve even tried removing all CSS from the stylesheet and only including this one and also adding !important but still nothing changes.

I was getting this warning in my logs.

I suspect is triggered by bots/crawlers mostly.

To fix, locate;

Tried using the demo site to create a directory and it said it added it but it is not there! Thinking maybe something wrong with demo site, I installed/activated the plugin on my website and having the same result. Did the update you did 2 days ago mess something up?

I was wondering if this plugin has support for Microsoft Active Directory integration via protocols like LDAP or LDAPS. We’re trying to create an internal, non-public facing website for around 125 users and being able to have the website’s directory update automatically by reading Active Directory is a must for us as we’re a small IT team and having more places were we need to update things stacks up fast.

If this isn’t currently a feature, are there any plans in the future to add a feature like this?

is there a way to categorize and filter entries within one name directory? e.g. 50 entries in total, 25ea related to “marketing” or “sales”. The viewer should then be able to filter the relevant category or to cost “alle”.
Or do I need to make an own name directoriy ea. in order to provide this? Thx again, Tilman

Before the last 3 updates, my imports with HTML without quotes were working fine.
You can see on the link what it was like !

Now, when I import exactly the same file, I have a lot of quotes that appear and distort my symbols, so the format at the end is not what I want.

Would it be possible to modify the default WP search results page, in order to display NOT the page title (with name directory in it) where the term is found, but the term itself with its description along with the other results? If so, how could i accomplish this with your plugin? Thank you.

If I wanted to change the text area size for “name required” on one name directory should I just add custom CSS to that page? Looking to make name required bigger for longer sentences. ETC name_directory_name

Thanks so much for the great plugin, it’s very nearly a perfect fit for me. The biggest issue is that line breaks are inserted throughout the body content on save. You can see from the page link, under the term “vertex” that it adds the breaks. I did confirm it is being added on update and not on render by checking in the database. Any idea on what the issue is?
