I would have paid for a premium version, that allowed me to add and style new categories.
IN its current form? Its that useful.
Rarely, will names not have a category.
Plants – genus.
Baby – origin, gender etc
dogs – breed type.
it just not that usable without this functionality

This plugin is exceptionally useful. It has rendered some other plugin useless now as it has capability to replace some generic plugins. I now don’t use link directory plugin, vocab plugins etc.
Search in description and submission of data by user is enormously useful.

Adding a glossary is very easy with this plugin. You can create a dictionary of words in a few seconds. You can find the settings a little tricky to understand but go with the defaults, checks the results and adapt if needed.
The only great feature missing to this plugin (as far I know) is a simple shortcode to display the description of a term in a tooltip in a post but you can add it in a few minutes.
