I’m looking for a way to display the sub navigation while on a child page. The default should be to display the sub navigation without having to mouse over the parent navigation.

Hi folks,

I have a child theme of the Twenty Eleven where I’ve moved the access bar to the top of the page and taken out backgrounds/colours.

All looks fine in browsers other than IE. IE9 does not show it at all, and IE8 compatibility view shows it in the original position, all black.
