I purchased over 20 themes from this company and one day I purchased a theme that was horribly coded. When I asked for a refund the company locked me out of my account and revoked the licenses of all the themes I had purchased before. What does this mean to the buyer? It means without a valid purchase code I do not have a legal license to use any themes I have purchased, the developers can take legal action against me for using their theme without proof of a legal license and demand me stop using their themes. I am in a huge battle with PayPal now to receive a refund from every purchase I have made with this company because I no longer have a legal license. This company will screw you to the wall if you tell them you are not happy with a product, no matter how loyal of a customer you have been with them over the years. Stay away from them! Seriously, they are horrible for the WP community as a whole.
