Hello,
I am working on building a website and am trying to use Nelio Popups to display various Contact Form 7 questionnaires. Each popup is set to activate when the button associated with it is clicked.
The issue that I am running into is that only the 10 most recently created popups set to the “Active” status will pop up. Buttons associated with popups that are not the ten most recently created will not do anything when clicked. That said, if only 10 popups are set to the “Active” status on the “All Popups” screen, all “Active” popups will work. Once 11 or more are set to “Active” only the 10 most recently created “Active” popups will work.
Does the free version of the plugin limit us to only being able to have 10 “Active” popups at a time? If that’s the case, does the premium version allow for unlimited “Active” popups? Or is this an odd glitch that I’m experiencing? Any information or direction you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

He estado haciendo pop ups y funcionaba bien hasta aproximadamente 8, luego de eso terminan no apareciendo más. Si creo uno nuevo, funciona, pero luego otro (el más viejo que he creado) deja de funcionar y así sucesivamente. Ahora tengo 20 y de esos solo funcionan 14 y si agrego otro, dejan de funcionar otros y así.
Estoy usando blocksy y gutenberg,.

]]>I use the Spectra plugin because it has very interesting blocks for Gutenberg, but I don’t use the pop-up option. For creating popups I use Nelio popups. The problem is that with both plugins active, the layout of Nelio popups breaks. Only when I deactivate Spectra or when I activate a spectra popup, the Nelio layouts look fine. But I don’t want to deactivate spectra because I have used a lot of blocks in the design of this website and I don’t want to activate the spectra popup either because I don’t want it to show. I only want to use the spectra blocks and the Nelio popups, do you have any way to solve this incompatibility? Thanks

En la web a finales del 2023 tenia instalada la versión 1.0.27 y me mostraba correctamente un formulario del plugin Forminator
Con todas las versiones posteriores, incluida la versión 1.1.1 me muestra un shortcode en vez del formulario.
Acabo de probar la nueva versión 1.1.2 y directamente me desarma la visualización completa de la página.

My website is relying on popups to simulate windows, and I was trying to use your plugin to open popups from the main navigation menu. I tried using the CSS selector feature, and the “nelio-popup-js-open-popupid” class on my menu item, where “popupid” is the ID number for the popup, but those features don’t seem to work when using a navigation menu custom link.
Do you have any advice I could try to get this to work? Your plugin works as intended when it is linked to a normal page element, just not the main menu items. Thanks!

I’ve installed the plugin (free and premium version) and defined trigger as “woocomerce” > “add any product to shopping cart”. When I click on “add to cart” button, the popup does not display and console shows an error of “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘items’)”.

Igual os lo han comentado ya pero al actualizar a la versión 1.0.27 desde la versión 1.0.26 el icono desaparece de la barra lateral del administrador y no lo encuentro. Me parece que es un peque?o bug.

Tengo cliente que desea que solo aparezca el popup una vez una vez haya realizado clic en un botón incluido en el mismo. He activado la opción de cerrar una vez pulsen en ese bloque.
Una vez cerrado, se abre nuevamente cuando se navega en una otra página del mismo sitio web.
?Hay que tener la versión premium de Nelio Popups? que veo que tiene la opción de una cookie, para poder hacer que una vez pulsado en el popup al cliente no se le abra nuevamente, al menos durante esa sesión.

Maybe, it’s still too early in the morning: Are there any settings AT ALL for the popup? I can’t find any. I like it mean and lean, I really do. But this seems to be a bit extreme. ??
So, the free version does not allow for any changes of position, delay etc.?

I finally found the best popup plugin it’s really cool guys but I have a tiny problem.
The animation delay setting is “none”, but when i click the trigger button, it seems to be delayed by about 1,5 sec. A bit confusing because I thought the trigger didn’t work.
I use GeneratrePress and simple Gutenberg editor. Can you guys run a test to see do you also get this bug?

Hello everyone,
It seems to me that there is a serious error e.g. a BUG in Nelio Popups.
Whenever i duplicate a popup, it creates a new popup with a new ID, yes wonderful.
But whenever i try to “call” the popup from any internal link inside any of my pages it shows only the “copied” original!
That said for example: i created a popup called No.1, enter content, save it. Then this i duplicate, give it new content inside it and call it No2, save.
Now when i call popup No1 from any link inside a page or article – everything is good, the right content shows up. But if i call up popup No2 – it shows popup No1 and its content! Even though both popups have as well TWO different ID-numbers AND different content!
Same thing happens if instead of duplicating i click on “New draft” from popup No1. It then as expected opens up a new draft, i place new content inside it, adjust everything, save.
Call popup No.2 – it ALWAYS shows the wrong content – as popup No.1 comes up instead of No.2.
I controlled everything twice to make sure i did not enter anything wrong anywhere. But the problem stays the same all the time whether what i try or do about it.
So i come to conclusion that this must be a BUG inside Nelio-Popups.
Any solutions here??

En segundo lugar comentaros que al crear un popup creo un grupo donde le a?ado titulo, descripción y un botón y todo ok, pero le a?ado un fondo de color y no lo pilla en el popup, si en gutenberg.
Hay algo que estoy haciendo mal o hay que a?adir el fondo de color de otra manera? La idea es que todo el popup tuviera un fondo de color.

Great plugin. I’ve tried a lot of them, almost none work as advertised, yours does, so kudos to you!
One little problem I am facing. I am hosting my checkout inside the nelios plugin.
When I expand an element in the checkout (credit card payment) the modal does not grow in height automatically and thus cuts off the place order button. I could set a fixed height to arrange for this increase in height of the credit card payment, but for good measure I would like to have this done automatically by some CSS rules. I’ve tried every setting – how can you guys help me?

]]>Hello, right now I am seeing the Nelio Popups panel in the right column of the WordPress editor for all post types. In many cases, such as the GenerateBlocks Local Templates (a CPT), it doesn’t need to be there since Nelio Popups can’t be used with that custom post type. It would be nice to be able to control which post types Nelio Popups is active for so the Nelio Popups panel doesn’t show in the editor.

]]>Hola, quisiera saber si la opción de *altura* está funcionando correctamente y esto debido a que agrego un valor pero la altura del popup sigue adaptandose al tama?o del contenido.
En PC
1- Si coloco una altura de 400px, este no cambia por más que active el scroll y muestra el contenido completo.
Desde el Movil
1-Si coloco una altura, este tampoco se altera y mantiene un tama?o fijo activando el scroll siempre que el contenido exceda un poco el tama?o del popup.

]]>Hola, muy buen plugin pero hay una cosa que no funciona correctamente o por lo menos en mi caso.
Al crear el popup y seleccionar que cada página dedida si mostrarlo o no, no ocurre nada.
Edito una entrada y selecciono en la pesta?a Nelio Popups el pupup creado, guardo cambios y nada ocurre.

]]>Hello, I have two issues I’ve discovered in Nelio Popups 1.0.6. 1) The permalink for the first Nelio Popup I made on my website is: /?nelio_popup=auto-draft. I don’t see a way to change the “auto-draft” permalink to something more appropriate. 2) Since the Nelio Popup uses an iframe to show the nelio_popup custom post type, when using cookie management software like CookiePro, the CookiePro popup notice renders on the nelio_popup CPT and therefore within the Nelio Popup. I was able to hide the CookiePro popup notice with CSS I added to the Nelio Popups CPT, but I’m not sure that’s a solution most people could figure out. #onetrust-consent-sdk {display: none;}
I’m using Nelio Popups 1.0.4 and used the Container block, Grid block, and Headline block from GenerateBlocks and none of the styling/formatting is showing on the frontend, although it shows in the WordPress block editor. Is this a limitation of GenerateBlocks or Nelio Popups?
