Forgive my stupidity but where do I create and manage the actual newsletters?

All I can see is the email settings page and registration widget.

Edit: Ah, solved! I need to actually configure the email settings before anything else shows!

Just installed last version of Newsletter Professional. no prob but when I’m on the creating newsletter page, I can’t select the tabs. No way !
Could you help please.
