Hi,
I am using Ninja Charts to display some doughnut charts on one of our pages, and I have set the charts to be responsive. I have noticed that the width of the charts doesn’t change as the size of the window changes, however they ARE responsive if I refresh the window at a smaller size. I realise that this isn’t a typical user journey (manually resizing the window) but I was wondering if there is a way to refresh the charts if the window is resized. Is there a chart event I can fire on resize to re-render the charts on page?
Many thanks in advance.
Anthony

]]>Hi!
I really love your plugin and its customization features. The only thing I’m missing is to change the color of the numbers text within the pie chart. Per default, it’s set to grey, which is hardly readable.
See screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/V6KSBzqX/pie.jpg
How can I change the color? Or can you add that feature?
Hello, is there any chance how can I put the chart into confirm mail? I use Fluent Forms for the contact form.
Thanks
]]>I actually thought this plugin was related to Ninja Forms, but it is not. Do you think you could add support to Ninja Forms though?

]]>Hello,
First of all, AWESOME plugin! =D
However, I am having a slight issue:
When I install any version other than 1.0, I do not see the Ninja Charts menu in the admin panel. When I downgrade to version 1.0, I can see the menu and everything works fine!
What would be the reason for this?
Thanks in advance for your help with this! =D
]]>Hi there,
I’ve created a line chart using the Ninja Charts plugin for WP.
It works well for me, but I would like to hide some data points on the graph
In the below link, you can see that some of the rows do not have values.?
https://ibb.co/F3H12Rx
As a result, the Ninja Charts plugin detects this value as 0, presenting the following graphs.
https://ibb.co/tXfVrr2
How can I prevent Ninja Charts from reading the data as 0?

Hello,
Looks that Ninja Charts are great when connected with standard local ninja table as source. However when I created Ninja table linked to a google sheet, I have big issue. First of all, all fields from google sheet are imported as text type even in google sheet there are columns formatted as numbers. So after import I change the column type in Ninja table to number… Without this, it is simply not possible to get through Ninja chart wizard.
Then ok, I have table prepared for ninja chart wizard. However although I define source,, for example one text column and one number column with counts, the chart is empty…
You can test it very easily. Create any test sheet on google sheets ad try to make Ninja Chart… Google Sheet can contain simple data like following:
HEADER1 HEADER1_COUNT
val1 12
val2 19
val3 5
val4 27
Hello, Im interested in purchasing the Ninja table Pro and Ninja Chart, however, I need to know if the chart meets my needs. Being a new plugin, I didn’t find much information about how it works. I will try to expose exactly what I need and I hope you can tell me whether or not you meet my intention.
I am developing a website for a cell phone repair shop. I was able to create a work order system. As soon as a new cell phone arrives at the store, a form (custom post type + ACF) is filled with information such as model of the device, brand and defect.
To create the list, Ninja Table seems to succeed without a problem. The problem is that we would like to develop charts that take the information from some custom fields to get a better sense of some elements, for example: which cell phone brands have been entering the most, what types of problems are the most common …
Because it is dynamic data based on ACF I have that doubt.
Since now, thank you for your attention.
