It looks like you are injecting in the comment form such html:

By submitting this form, you hereby agree that we may collect, store and process your data that you provided.

However the p
and label
do not have a class, thus it is very difficult to style them.
Can you please add a class to all the elements that you inject?
Hello,
it looks like that the spinner class=”njt-gdpr-loading-icon” doesn’t have an alt tag for screen readers, which makes in not WCAG compliant.
Also this decreases best-practices scoring, which in turn can impact SEO and visibility in google.
Can I kindly ask you to fix this easy to fix issue?
Thank you
Hello,
when this plugin is on, all the contact form 7 email messages are completely unformatted. All the bold, line breaks, div,
,
and other html tags are removed.
As soon as I disable this plugin, all the messages sent from CF7 are delivered to the email in a normal, nice looking format respecting the markup specified in the CF7 specific forms configuration.
All plugins at their latest versions as per today.
Wrodress too.

Good day!
I am currently having issues with the plugin. When enabled with any caching plugin, I am unable to edit the pages as it was giving this error: “Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0”
Plugins, themes and WordPress core files are all updated. The site is using PHP 7.4. I also increased the memory limit.
Can you kindly check and advise?
Thank you!
Hi there NJT,
How can we display cookie banner once it has been “accepted”?
Acceptance was selected for development and testing purposes.
Great plugin,
Straight forward and intuitive, however I am having some difficulties finding the CCPA (“Do Not Sell My Information”) functionality. How does this functionality get turned on?
Hi NinjaTeam,
I recently installed your plugin and was displaying on frontend, however is no longer showing. I’ve attempted the support recommendations from https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/gdpr-cookie-banner-not-displaying/ with no banner rendering on frontend.
Additionally, after searching around for documentation and the plugin itself, it is unclear how the implementation of CCPA can be executed with the plugin, any guidance would be deeply appreciated.

Analytics 4 by default uses anonymous IPs and in theory using a specific code, and being anonymous Ips, these cookies would no be blocked by default. But after i see that those cookies are blocked.
Anybody can help me for to setup this plugin for that Compliance does not block the anonymous by default?
Since that i installed this plugin the daiy visitors in the graphics down since 240 to 40 because the plugin is blocking them.

Hallo, thanks for plugin, but i guess ther’s some mistake…
in request-data and forgot request.. you need to put a email address to send request.
For already logged-in user can email field disabled?
Its not safe to put email address in request.. not safe if you know email of other users and risk is to send data to them without real request..
any suggestion?
Hello.
Thanks for this awesome plugin. I see that we have this plugin 100% translated to Portuguese-br, but some sentences still in English, and I can’t even find that string on loco translate.
In this printscreen https://prnt.sc/1paibw5 , I have the form shortcode [njt_gdpr_data_rectification] which still in English, and when a Try to search ”Enter your information as it currently exists in our system” on Loco translate, It would not find anything https://prnt.sc/1pajufl.
The same thing happens with the e-mail I receive when someone sends a request. https://prnt.sc/1pakbi6 I get everything in English, and that is no place to translate it (tried search in Loco and in the Ninja plugin settings). Other setting that I was looking for is to setup the e-mail to receive that request, because I want to redirect those e-mail to my human resources employer.
For those settings, I guess it could be available to translate on the plugin settings, or add those strings on the .po file.
Thanks.

Hi, My Ninja GDPR cookie consent form is set up but not showing on any page. When I attempt to submit a ticket to the developers I’m asked for proof of purchase but the plugin is free so I can’t complete the form to request help. Can anyone suggest how to fix it?
Hello,
I use the free Polylang translation plugin and this is good working with other plugins.
But here with these “GDPR CCPA Compliance Support” plugin, it seems that the provided .po and .mo translation files are not used or not loaded the good way.
Because, when I choose an other language, the Cookie banner is not translated. It stays in English. I have installed the Dutch and French languages but not other languages are used to translate the Cookie banner.
Can someone help me? Or I’m missing something? Because with other plugins it’s working.
Sorry, I’m testing on localhost, so I can’t share any online URL.
Thanks in advance for any hints or suggestions.
Hi,
We get a critical error after we click accept. Aside from that looks great.

I am going through the settings on the Ninja GDPR plugin in my new WP site and under the EU Traffic tab under “Select Countries to display GDPR” that you are missing one country from the European Union, Republic of Cyprus. I was unable to add it to the list when you click on the box and scroll through the countries. Can you please add it? I am based in the EU and want to make sure I am compliant. Thank you
Hi I would like to translate it in italian language. Everything. What should I do?
Great plugin functionality, they really thought of everything. Except that it changes the timezone in woocommerce from UTC to Tokyo. I see there are other posts in support with the same issue but no response or solutions offered. What a pity, I really liked this plugin and spent about an hour setting it up for nothing. I had to deactivate it to reset the time to UTC.
Looks like Ninja GDPR messes with the timezones when you try and schedule a post.
I have Los Angeles (UTC -8) set in WP Settings, and when I set a future date and time for a post (e.g. Feb 10 @ 11am), it saves it as Feb 10 @ 2am.
Disabling Ninja GDPR plugin make the issue go away.
Reading it has to do with “date_default_timezone_set” function. The plugin uses that in the “IP_Country_Fast.php” file, line 5:
The fix is, REPLACE:
date_default_timezone_set('Asia/Tokyo');
with
date_default_timezone_set('UTC');
Thanks for the great plugin.
Can you suggest a way to translate the cookie popup message?
I am using the Sublanguage plugin for translations, but it does not detect the post type/custom fields for the cookie popup.
Is there a PHP filter or action that can be used?
Hello,
The plugin broke the time zone settings. The time is incorrect. How to fix this?
Hi, this only seems to affect my mobile browser (Chrome). I click on the accept button and the popup disappears. Then a few hours later it’s back again. How to fix?
src/IP_Country_Fast.php Line 5
date_default_timezone_set(‘Asia/Tokyo’);
This should be user configurable. it seems to mess up the WordPress UTC time somehow, though it may be clashing with another plugin on our site. It took days figuring out why our forum was showing posts 9 hours older than they really were.
