HI there. So hard to find a great contact form. This is very close. Two issues:
1. There is a horizontal line betwen each field. How do I remove those?
2. There is no message sent to the person sending the form although I though I had that set up. What might IO be doing wrong?

I use it so my visitors can contact the listing.. but I just discovered that the form doesn’t send to the primary receiver! Or at least it looks like it doesn’t. Have tried multiple email addresses ect. The other field seem to behave just fine..
When using tag to send to eg. {{nm_field_8}} I can see the same tag value in the preview. but the mail is not sent. when I add regular email to the ‘receivers’ field in addition, these go through no problem – but not the one that comes from the field tag ..
Try and modify url parameters in the link provided to test for yourself..
]]>I’m unable to update this plugin since version 1.3. All updates to newer versions will remove your old forms. On dashboard of plugin forms there is always “no forms available”… So how to edit the older forms ? Why they are not transferred to newer plugin versions ?

Is there a simple way to switch from html to text mode for the sent mails?
I’ve just started with your form and am very impressed with it. I am just finding it difficult to put borders around each of the fields. I prefer, if possible to use Custom CSS so that I can keep everything in one place. Is this possible or do I have to use the option in each of the fields.
Either way, can you tell me please what I’m doing wrong. I’m trying (for example)

Hi, I am using NM Contact forms for simple forms for my WP site.
When I enter email addresses in “Receivers – separate by comma”, it works fine when the emails are fixed and separated by commas. E.g. having “[email protected], [email protected]” sends an email to these two recipients.
I would like to have an email sent to the submitter of the form, using the Field ID of the form field that contains the email address entered by the submitter. E.g. “[email protected], {{nm_field_5}}”
But – when entering a Field ID as a receiver, no mail is sent.
Is it possible to have the submitter receive a “receipt” using the Field ID? If so, how do I do it?

]]>In my form’s settings I’m using the email field id “{{nm_field_3}” for the “from email” but it’s defaulting to the admin email (although the email it’s using is my old admin email which has since been changed).
I’m also having the same problem with the reply-to email setting. For the reply-to email setting it says,
…fallback to admin email. Default is sender email.
So, if the email field is not a required field and is left blank, the admin email will be used otherwise the sender email will be used? Is that how it’s supposed to work?

Thanks for providing an excellent and lightweight form plugin!
I use the form for subscriptions to events, and I pass GET variables from several different event pages to the form page.
I put the event name and the date in two GET variables, and I need these to be shown in the form when the users enters additional info like name, email, phone number.
I can pass the GET variables to the correct form field. No problem. But I need the form field to be un-editable, because the user already chose event and date – and should not be able to edit these in the subscription form.
I cannot use the other GET form field, because it is invisible to the user.
Is this possible?

I am trying to use the redirect url option.
I have entered the url i want to redirect to in the form settings but when i test it after hitting submit the form disappears and the existing url remains in the address bar with #nm_response after.

Can I change the color of the message “[Field name] is required.” which shows when a user forgets to fill in a required field?
I want to change it to bold red.
The default one is black and my form is all in black text so the user might not notice that and might think the form was sent.

Some issues I am having:
1. On the Form Settings on “From Email”, you mentioned there you can put field ID. I did try to put one of my field id but it doesn’t work. It always falls back to the admin email.
I tried:
{nm_field_2} –> This falls back to admin email
{{nm_field_2}} –> This falls back to admin email
nm_field_2 –> I don’t receive any email at all
