This plugin is injecting <nofollow> to the internal links as well. Following is the example.

<a rel=”nofollow” href=”/new-jobs/“>latest job listing</a>

There are thousands of link in such style on my site. So it is not possible to edit each and every link. Please release an update to avoid this problem.
