I use the plugin with all addons on a complex maritime news platform and it works just perfect for a straight forward publishing process.
The plugin is flawless and really does not have any bugs so far, nice ux and it definitely does what it promises.
Support has been Ravi, who supposedly is the main developer and he helped us from setting up the demo system to the live system. Lately he even helped adding new features to the plugin (adding signutures to notification mail) just awesome.
Thanks a lot, stongly recommendes.

As of this writing, we’ve been using Oasis Workflow on our corporate blog for almost 6 years. Our actual workflow is dead simple, but in that time we’ve run into 3 or 4 problems related to Oasis that we couldn’t fix ourselves; every time we’ve reached out to them, Oasis support has been in contact with us the same day, helping us work through our issues.
Oh, and did I mention that we’re only using the free tier of their service? You just don’t get this level of quality, continuous releases, and reliable support from free software anymore.
If you’re looking for a workflow plugin for WP, I highly recommend Oasis as your first stop.

There are no issues even for a free version. You just have to find out how it works, set-up the processes and then it’s great. Of course we have to use another plugin for role rights assignments but with that everything is great.

I searched all over for a simple and effective editorial management tool. This plug-in is absolutely perfect. Been using it within our company’s editorial team for 6 months. It’s very streamlined and efficient, capable of basic automated flows to complex arrangments. I wanted a system that I could deploy with little effort and rely on and this plug-in delivers just that! Highly recommend!

This plugin, along with its Pro add-on, adds a lot of power to workflow and how posts, pages, and other custom post types are added or changed.
What I needed was a way for authors to edit pages but have someone else review these changes. This plugin provided this functionality, and more! I’m also using this plugin with User Role Editor Pro to provide a simplified but powerful experience for multiple editors in a large site.
On a couple issues I had with conflicts between this plugin and URE, the developers worked on finding a solution and provided a fix. The whole process was fantastic in their method of understanding the issue and providing status updates as they worked to find a solution.
Thanks to Oasis Workflow, I have the workflow necessary for my site and will be using this plugin again when I need similar functionality.

We have the pro version of this plugin, to include teams and editorial comments, working with a team of ~100 authors and reviewers on a site with about 11K posts. The plugin works really well and is tremendously flexible in how we can configure our flows.
Perhaps best of all though has been the support. Quick to respond to questions and all improvements we suggested have made it into the product.
Highly recommend this plugin and the vendor behind it.

Just had some absolutely fantastic support from the guys at Oasis. We are using Oasis Workflow Pro, Oasis Workflow Editorial Comments and Oasis Workflow Groups and all three plugins are working 100% fine.
I had an issue with our corporate release process which Ravi helped sort out pretty much immediately.

I rarely stop and take time for reviews, but Oasis Workflow warranted one. They have supported us with impressive speed and priority when it counted for us in a pinch. We had an issue on a client’s website and we were pleased to work with the plugin’s team to resolve and patch the plugin as needed.
Separately, Oasis Workflow solves one of WordPress’ biggest issues; scheduling content changes to pages/posts already published. The workflow logic is tricky to understand at first, but once you understand the concept of the way information flows, it’s not bad at all.
Highly recommend this plugin. It’s one of my favorites!

We’ve been using the Oasis Workflow Pro for the last year on a high traffic, multiple-user role environment. With thousands of authors working simultaneously, editorial is a must. We’ve found Oasis Workflow Pro to be both robust and flexible and no conflicts with other plugins.

I’ve been using Oasis Workflow for a website of an investment advisory firm I designed and write for (https://GlobalViewOutlook.com). It works well for FINRA/SEC compliance. No need to pay some of the canned financial website development firms. For the same price an investment advisor can have a fast customized site that has better SEO and lead generating content using WordPress, Oasis Workflow and just several other plugins.
Developer Ravi provides superior service and has others as resources for development.

I purchased this plugin and customer support has been beyond exceptional. I have a custom set up with over 50 users with custom roles/permissions created with the ‘user role plugin’ and this plugin handles all of my users and multiple workflows exceptionally.
I’ve had some nuances and quirky things happen and the email support has been second to none and very quick to respond to assist in fixing any bugs or simply clarifying how the plugin should be set up properly for certain features to work.
100% recommend getting the ‘pro’ version.

I recently purchased this plugin for a project I’m working on. The selling feature for me was the revised article editing (without taking the article offline.)
I ran into an issue (which turned out to be an issue with my server setup) but emailed Oasis Workflow for support anyway. I got a quick reply, and he worked with me until my issue was resolved.
The plugin itself is highly customizable, the documentation is great and it is extremely easy to use.

I recently set this plugin up on a client’s WordPress install. We opted for the paid version to allow more customized control over the workflow and support for role based permissions and workflows. Everything worked as we expected on the basic site, and once the developer had uploaded all the pages and theme, there were a couple of small bugs, but support worked me through it quickly and efficiently. I have honestly never had better support for a piece of software. This is worth every penny it costs!!!
