The plugin does not work correctly with the new block based checkout. There are some issues regarding this from mora than 3 months with no resolution ??

Says there are no embed forms created which is complete nonsense, because I created 3 of them.

Such a shame

There are no Embed type forms created in your account. Popup forms are shown automatically on your WordPress site. You can switch off Popup forms in the Settings. You cannot include Landing pages in your WordPress page

Even clicking Settings link in the error goes to a 404 Error Not Found.

Such a shame as I like the automation part….

MailerLite ist mir von Gesch?ftsfreund/innen aus Slowenien empfohlen worden. Die Integration in WordPress funktioniert prima mit diesem Plugin. Fragen werden sofort vom MailerLite-Service-Team gekl?rt. Solch freundlichen und kompetenten -Support findet man heute kaum noch. Deshalb klare Empfehlung!

Every modern website tries now to avoid jquery, but this one needs it for form validation. Please use vanilla js. dont want to load jquery just for a signup form validation.

This plugin is bad. It is impossible to make custom styles for it. The CSS rules are written in a way it is impossible to overwrite them.
There is no option for custom classes, IDs or whatsoever.
For fellow developers I’d recommend trying something else.

I guess this works fine if you already have a mailerlite account and it is YOUR mailerlite account and you jumped through all their hoops to set it up. But if you are trying to set this up for a client – forget it. Mailerlite is so hard to use, my clients can’t get “confirmed”. They didn’t event know they needed to be “confirmed”. I never heard of this before. All this verifying and hoop jumping. It is ridiculous. Mailerlite does a horrible job of onboarding new clients.

As for this plugin – it’s meh. Overly simplified. So if you can’t get past the first step (which we can’t) then all is lost. No instructions. No help. Just a notification that says must set up “interest” group. But no instructions on what this is or how to do it.

But, infact, my clients account already has an “interest” group. Yet, this plugin still doesn’t work.

I use to recommend Mailerlite to all my clients, but after hearing how confused my clients got during the signup and set up of their mailerlite account, I no longer recommend them. In fact I make a point now to tell client to flat out AVOID mailerlite. I never thought there would be a mailing list worse than mailchimp. Well… now there is.

I remained unable to use this plugin and related service due to errors on both and no one replies to the support questions.

Not recommended at all.

The plugin mostly does what it’s supposed to.

They will occasionally push updates that breaks things and won’t respond to any support inquiries. Be careful when updating this plugin.

I installed the plugin since a while, but it has no effect, nothing appear to setup or configure the popups.
Actual version of mailer lite officially not tested (1.4.9) with current version of WP (5.8.2).

Plugin works great – I know other people have had trouble with it, but I found it easy and intuitive to integrate. MailerLite has the best support team ever!

It’s working well for me so far as purely a mailing list signup mechanism. However, I’d like to be able to add new site member signups to the mailing list too (with their permission, of course). (I have Paid Memberships Pro on one site, which I did have working with Mailchimp, and LearnPress with WooCommerce on the other.) Not sure I’m techy enough to get to grips with using Zapier or some other middleman app to do this!

The worst plugin with the worst support team.
Don’t waste your time.
They will take you through a long registration process and if you ask for a free version(less than 1,000 subscriptions) they will reject your account without any explanation “why”
They just send me this link that contains thousands of words, when I asked why I got rejected!

I’m not surprised why they have such a low review rate and fake “good reviews” from 6 years ago.

This is a good plugin to add a for fairly quick and easy. If you are trying to do anything more, you will run out of luck fast. There are no settings or useful code hooks (actions or filters) for customizing redirect to landing page or other useful tricks with forms.

I have no clue how I can get the new created forms visible in WordPress…
I tried a couple of times to add the API key again. And that worked, until the last time.

But overall, I really like how easy it is to get the forms created AND visible in WordPress. No issues what so ever.

• I got errors on activation and errors on trying to create a form, which I reported in the WordPress support forum. No response after over a month.
• The widget quit working, as I also described in the support request.
• The link for where to get the API key, doesn’t go to the place to get an API key. It’s apparently trying to do a search of your help system, but the search fails, so basically it’s just a link to the help system.
• When designing a form in the plugin:

• The label for the firstname field is “Name”. So you have “Name” and “Last Name”.
• There’s no way to customize the field labels.
• There’s no way to specify that we want a checkbox field for the user to select groups.
• There’s no way to specify which fields are required vs. optional.
• It asks which groups as the first step before creating the form, when that could just be part of editing the form, so that screen is unnecessary.
• The default form description is “Just simple MailerLite form!”. This is a poor default both because it’s ungrammatical, and because nobody would want this to appear above their form.
• The default success message is “Thank you for sign up!” which is ungrammatical.
• There’s no option for a consent checkbox as required by GDPR.

No options, only a bad support team that are saying the problem is not theirs and you must use their embedded forms inside MailerLite.

No support for this plugin, and no support for their custom forms build inside MailerLite plugin….

Also the forms (Drag & Drop) inside MailerLite is buggy, functionless and you can only get simple things done…..

USE MAILCHIMP or any other instead….

While we had some issues getting approved (this can be frustrating) I can say that in 24 hours they turned things around and have been very helpful in solving some issues. The plug-in works great and I recommend it without reservation.

The plugin is decent and needed for MailerLite functionality (forms) on your WordPress site. In trial mode, I’ve moved from Drip to Active Campaign to MailLite and the improvement on each step has been very significant. Staying with MailerLite. I continue to be amazed at the thoughtfulness the designers have put into the MailerLite user interface (UI). Really.

I don’t understand the point. Why you ask the user to signup for the API, when you ultimately disapprove the account anyway. I have signed up and didn’t even send a single email, and they disapprove the account for spam. This was my 1st account with them. It looks like they are collecting emails for marketing.

It does what it has to do. Never crashed on my sites and doesn′t slow them down.
For more functionalities I use different opt-in-plugins that integrate with Mailerlite.

Pretty much basic in functionality.

No way to place the sign up form below or within the Content Area, even though this is one of the hottest areas to place your email sign up forms.

Mailerlite is the best email marketing software I have used, paid of free. Simple to use, all those videos are not needed with Mailerlite. Thanks very much for that one.

Добавьте пожалуйста две вещи:
1. Отслеживание событий для аналитики отправки форм в Яндекс.Метрика и Google Analytics. Возможность вписать событие, которое отсылается после отправки. Как это реализовано в Contact Form 7.
2. Перенести JS скрипты в конец сайта. Google PageSpeed ругается что они в начале.
