Wanted to see if anyone else was running into this issue. Installing the Topspin plugin causes the entire site to run slow (the front end and the admin). The moment the Topspin plugin is deactivated, the speed returns to normal. These are the plugins currently running. Has anyone else ran into a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve?

]]>I’ve been trying to sort this out for hours, your help is greatly appreciated. We have an offer that comes up as sold out on our website but in the top spin store it is available.
If you click on the text link you will be able to purchase it but not directly from the store page as the purchase button is grayed out and says Sold Out. We’ve synced it several times and the plugin has been updated. Are you able to help us fix this?

]]>Error 401 Unauthorized request. Please check your API username and key keeps appearing despite I’ve checked and verified many times.
Have also approached Topspin for support, they looked at my wp-admin and couldn’t figure out the problem either. There’s no problem with my API user and key.

]]>As soon as I installed this plugin (via the admin panel’s auto-installer), the site would not load. The admin panel nor the front-end. This stayed consistent for 24 hours before I went in the FTP and removed the plugin’s folder manually. As soon as I removed the plugin, the site worked fine.
I’m using the latest version of the plugin (3.3.3).

]]>The “topspin-standard” and “topspin-simplified” themes seem to be incomplete and do not show up in my WP admin area. I have copied both of those folders into my wp-content/themes/ folder. Are they supposed to show up as two actual theme choices in my Admin theme area, or are they simply “override themes” meant to work WITH the active theme?
More info: I installed the Topspin 2.0 plugin yesterday and customized the included theme “topspin-wordpress-theme” for hours and hours. Then I realized there was a v3.1.3 available. I followed the instructions (deleted plugin v2.0 and trashed it, and emptied trash) then uploaded and activated v3.1.3.
