This plugin adds another row to your available shipping options and solved the following problem:
Client has 2 international shipping options:
1-countries that are close to the US/border countries/states (Canada/mexico/alaska/hawaii)
2-everywhere else.
So to set it up, I changed the Method Title to include those countries names, then set the shipping rates field to 10 | 10% | 1 , and then for the country group 1, included the countries (canada/mexico/us)
Also I only used 1 country group here, so changed the “Number of country groups” to 1. It seemed to not pick up this new shipping option until I did this (maybe because it saw some empty country groups??)
I’m giving only 4 stars because it is not fully live tested yet, but seems like it should work correctly within Woocommerce.
