It seems to be getting confused with a landing page plugin I have installed. How do I resolve this?
]]>This could be from a plugin conflict, or something with how I am using IM (Meebo on the web for now), but the status image isn’t updating.
It will keep saying I am offline when I am online and such. Usually it just says I am offline. Any idea how to fix this or what to look for in figuring out the conflict?

On left side of Olark for WP page in settings, in WordPress admin, it asks for Olark Account ID. I believe this is what you need:
Log in to your Olark Account and then click on the install tab. There it says:
Place Olark on your site!
Your site ID is (in case we ask you, or a plugin requires it):
Thanks for your work on this cool plugin. I don’t understand all the features yet. I went to your website.
In Plugin Olark Signup (v2.4.1)
Can sign-up as new user for Olark, ok.
One Click Chat Tab
Where do I find that?
WordPress user Information in Chat (Olark API)
Where will I be able to see that info?
Call Out Widget
Ok, that’s the part on the left side of the Olark for WP Settings page in the WordPress admin.
Async Loader
So you can set-up Olark so it doesn’t load till the rest of the site finished loading.
