]]>I’ve been trying to install the Olark plugin on my site for chat. Installing the plugin hasn’t worked and neither has pasting the code into the pages directly. I’ve attempted troubleshooting with Olark support and Bluehost but haven’t gotten anywhere. From Olark’s end, everything looked correct but the code isn’t even showing up on the page…Please help!

]]>Will you be testing the Olark plugin with WP 4.9.4 any time soon? We have some developers putting together a new site for us and they’re leery of adding Olark Chat to our site because it hasn’t been tested with the latest version of WordPress.
We’re already paid Olark customers and don’t want to change if we don’t have to!

]]>I didn’t have time to configure the settings but the plugin didn’t work for IE and Edge like the Ilmenite Olark plugin did.
Maybe something to look into.
