There is only YES in dropdown.
We needed to disable OPP because of this.

]]>I tried to update through the plugin update page in WordPress on my site and got an error that OPP was deactivated and the plugin file wasn’t there. I then downloaded the 3.0.1 .zip from here, uploaded it, deactivated 3.0 and then activated 3.0.1 and that seemed to work. Must be something with the plugin update through WordPress.

]]>The basic premise of this plugin is to promote old posts to the forefront of your blog. a necessary adjunct to that is to let people know this has been done.
OPP does the first element OK, but totally fails on the second. The settings dialogue where you enter your Twitter details fails to save.
This has been reported back to the developers for over a year, but no action has been taken (according to the forum anyway) and still doesn;t work.

]]>How can I stop OPP from writing the “Republished by Blog Post Promoter” at the end of posts that have been promoted.
It doesnt happen all the time but I want to stop it altogether. Is there an option, or a paid version that can get rid of this? Or can i edit the code to do it?
]]>I followed your instructions to use the Twitter part of OPP. Set up my App etc and entered the right password keys and secrets into the OPP form boxes.
However, as soon as I press the Update OPP Options button they all vanish leaving empty boxes. I thought perhaps it was a security feature, but I’ve left it for a day or so now, and a couple of old posts have been promoted on the wordpress site, but not mentioned on the Twitter.
Is there some error, or am I doing something incorrectly?

As you may or may not know Twitter is now requiring a new form of authentication when posting from your blog…
So This plugin needs to be updated.
There are two options you can write the oAuth code into the plugin OR
You can use a Hook to Twitter Tools and have Twitter Tools do the posting and authentication.
Not sure which is easier… but I am looking at my sites now and didnt even get a notice that Twitter now uses oAuth so I am upgrading and Testing…
