We’ve been paying for the pro version of the software for the last 3 years, and and it has developed major issues. Support has ghosted us. Seeking alternative software. Does someone have a recommendation for something that actually works and has actual support?

Hi guys, seemingly can no longer access support via your website which is incredibly frustrating so thought i would reach out here. We have a premium plan with you for one of our clients. they were asking this week if it’s possible to generate a report of credit that’s been added to accounts over the period of a month. E.G not credit spend but :

Hi, I’m trying to change the order status from on hold/pending payment/ failed to processing/completed. However, the backend shows critical error.

But WordPress is at 6.3.1 and WooCommerce at 8.2.0 (published 13 hours ago).

Hi in Feb 2020 you said the following in answer to another question

“Currently, Oliver POS is directly integrated with Card Connect, 360 Payments and Global Payments. We are also working on integrating with more payment processors in the upcoming months. We hope to have Sumup on our list of payment processors in the near future.”

Has the SumUp integration been written, tested and released? if so how do I access this?

Hi,

Currently the website is using this Oliver POS plugin (Version 2.4.0.5) and WooCommerce (Version 6.9.4). In the beginning, the website was going well and can receive order from Oliver Pos. However, the website does not receive order from Oliver POS since July until now. Moreover, the Oliver Hub dashboard does have the record.

May I know how to fix it? Hope can hear from you soon.

Hello. I have a problem with the register on Oliver Pos. In all the variable products, although they have their unique SKU, when I put the barcode of the variation, I get the mother product and I have to choose the variation manually (such as color and size). With this last update, I was unable to log into the admin. It claimed some sort of cookie problem. I tried also adding something to my cart as a guest user, and when I went to view cart, it kept saying there was nothing in my cart.
I went into cpanel file manager and renamed the Oliver plugin folder temporarily in order to disable the plugin, and everything is back to normal, except that I don’t have a POS.

We’ve had Oliver POS for a few weeks/month now with no issues, but yesterday we started getting the following error anytime we try to update our shop or upload media files:

This seems to be caused by some conflict between Oliver POS and our existing wordpress headers.

Any thoughts on how to solve? This is stopping us from doing anything to update our shop, add products, etc.

.update-nag, .notice, .updated, .notice-error, .error, .is-dismissible {
display: none !important;
}

You are hiding all the notices of the core, other plugins, and themes on all backend pages. Please, if you want to hide the notices, do it only on the settings page of your plugin.

I’ve seen in your CSS included in /wp-content/plugins/oliver-pos/public/resource/css/style-connect.css you assign the property flex to #wp-body-content

At line 1181 version 2.3.9.5 you have:

div#wpbody-content{
display: flex;
flex-direction: column-reverse;
}

This breaks the layout of many plugins and themes backend pages.

You could easily solve it replacing it with:

.toplevel_page_oliver-pos #wpbody-content{
display: flex;
flex-direction: column-reverse;
}

so it’s applied only in the backend page of your plugin.

Or do whatever you think it’s better for your plugin, but please don’t change the display property of #wpbody-content in every backend page. This is an ID given by the core, not by your plugin.

Reciept Print dialog is not opening on android device

I have installed the plugin. Everything is working fine. So when I now sell something after selecting the payment methode on a pc within a firefox browser the print dialog is triggered. On a tabled with android this dialog is not triggered. Even when I click on “Print Receipt”. Does anyone know a solution for that?

we are looking for some help with setting up our Oliver POS

1. when we set oliver plugin up on our site it seemed to slow it down fairly drastically, so we had to deactivate it,
have you had any customers with this issue before? is the plugin sql heavy? is there any plugins you know that are incompatible with Oliver?

2. when it was set up on our site the test orders I did didn’t come accross to woocomerce,
I got ‘waiting on webshop’ error,

3. We are looking for a Quote for Oliver Combo, Samantha said she would send on a quote for this,

4. also do you have information on how the barcode works with woo and oliver?

Is there any way not to collect payment once the order is made and the system keeps the invoice/sale as unpaid. Currently your system only works with cash sales, we need credit sales as well.

Also, can we modify product pricing once we set the product on the cart?
