I’m wondering how to add shipment tracking to my Completed Order email if I send it with an Omnisend workflow. I have set up the email but cannot find how to add the shipping information. I have started using the plugin Advanced Shipment Tracking for Woocommerce, the email it configures is a Woocommerce standard email.
]]>Hi,
Is there any plans to integrate Omnisend reviews with Woocommerce?
It would be great to have everything under one roof.

]]>When Omnisend is active on our site, on about every other page load, the expand submenu button (=Merch) does not work on mobile. You can see this happening by visiting the provided URL, emulating a mobile device. If it works, reload the page and then try it again. JS files associated with Omnisend somehow cancel out the event listener on the expand button.
So you can see that it is indeed Omnisend, I removed the Omnisend scripts from the homepage. There, the submenu can be expanded on every page load.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
]]>Hello,
Due to a human error all the contacts where deleted from omnisend, we managed to restore them via support but the orders seems to not be asociated with the contacts; how can we initiate a full store resync? We already tried resync contacts and we tried the omnisend support but no luck.
Thank you
]]>Hello,
Is it possible to send one time emails to my website visitors when they provide their email addresses when usin this plugin? I want to offer some incentives to increase my conversion rates.

]]>Hi all,
I’m starting this thread to clarify how the Omnisend & Woocommerce plugin manages contact syncing post-integration.
Does it sync only contacts who have provided consent (opt-in) for marketing, or does it include those who haven’t given consent as well?
Also, what specific contact details are synced between platforms, and is historical data included during the initial sync?
Thanks you.
]]>hello. which plan should I get if I only want to send emails and use popups?

I am charged for my contacts and I want to reduce my costs for email marketing. The fewer contacts I have, the better the price. Should I delete old contacts?
]]>Hello, I have enabled the plugin, connected and enabled “Add an opt-in checkbox to the checkout page”.
The problem is that no checkbox is added in the new block based checkout.
Any ideas if your plugin is already working with the new block based checkout?
Thank you.

]]>Hi, I’m getting the following critical error on plugin v1.15.11 activation:
Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘manager/class-omnisend-logger.php’ in wp-content/plugins/omnisend-connect/omnisend-woocommerce.php:52
The file exists and from what I can tell it appears that capitalisation of the folder, ‘Manager’, is causing the issue on Ubuntu. Changing the folder name to ‘manager’ fixes the error, or changing the require_once call to ‘Manager/class-omnisend-logger.php’ also fixes the error.
Thanks for your assistance!
Hi there,
I used the Omnisend plugin with no problems at all for a previous couple months. However today I had a problem with my translated cart and checkout pages (the native pages were fine). It was either loading infinitely or showed a 500 memory error. Debug showed this message over and over again:
[19-Jul-2024 13:16:00 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “f80bf05527157a8c2a7bb63b22f49aaa” in /var/www/vhosts/calmind.eu/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/omnisend-connect/model/class-omnisend-cart-event.php on line 34
Can anyone help me fix this?
]]>Hello,
I just started using your plugin and want to migrate my SMS subscribers from another email marketing plugin.
How can I migrate SMS subscribers with their opt-in / unsubscribe status information to Omnisend?

]]>Hi there,
I’ve created a birthdate field on checkout through a custom field “billing_birthdate”.
I was thinking I’ll send an API request for each new order to update the contact but I’ve seen on the API I have to fill the contact ID, that I don’t have.
Get contact also needs the ID and the ID doesn’t match with the WooCommerce user ID.
So how to pass my custom field to Omnisend ?
Cheers.
]]>I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a technical issue we are encountering with the OmniSend integration on our WooCommerce site, specifically related to the WCPA (WooCommerce Product Add-Ons) product fields.
We have observed that the custom fields created by the WCPA plugin are not being correctly captured or displayed in the cart and checkout pages when emails are sent to our customers via OmniSend. This issue is causing a significant inconvenience as it affects the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to our customers about their customized orders.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? We would appreciate any guidance on whether this is a known problem and if there are any updates or patches that we should apply. Additionally, any temporary solutions or workarounds that could help us maintain the functionality of our store while a permanent fix is being developed would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
]]>Hi there,
The Omnisend plugin has worked for a few weeks without problem. However, since about a week it keeps disconnecting from my Woocommerce store. Every few hours I need to manually allow permissions to sync data and it causes a problem with the e-mail automations because new customers aren’t loaded into Omnisend anymore.
Is there a long term fix for this? Now I have to manually add customers to a segment to send them their order information and it’s very tedious. I already asked support on the website but I figured I can use all the help I can get.
Thank you in advance.
]]>Hello! Your program was automatically installed on my WP account and now, when I try to delete it – it doesn’t delete, but has the “Deleting…” text for eternity. How do I delete it for good?
]]>On the plugin settings page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=omnisend-woocommerce) it says “Connected to Omnisend”. And there’s no way to disconnect.
The same on the Omnisend dashboard. We don’t know how to disconnect the WC site and the Omnisend account.
We tried to delete the REST API key and all related webhooks in the WC settings, but it still says “Connected” and only asks to re-add permissions.
We actually need to connect the website to another Omnisend account. But first we need to disconnect, right?
]]>Dear Folks,
It still haven’t found a good solution to include the CourierURL to the shipping confirmation sent by a Omnisend Automation.
The thing is that Omnisend doesn’t see the courierURL as one of the properties inside the order fulfilled event for woocommerce stores.
In the past I had a custom script running that fired the CourierUrl to Omnisend. This is still the case and if I scrutinize the GET ORDER INFO on the developer website i still see the courierURL is fired to Omnisend. I only cannot choose this field in my automations.
Helpdesk has no solution yet, they mentioned.
“Since we are moving to events, some properties got removed from the order log, and some got added, so you should just check now order events and which properties are present and utilize those.”
I still think there should be an easy solution for this, hopefully somebody here have some tips! Please let me know if you have some thoughts!
Thanks,
Ben
I have 3 WordPress sites running of Flatsome theme and embeded forms just stopped showing. Can you help with this?
]]>Hi,
The add an opt-in checkbox to the checkout page not working for me properly.
First of all, I’ve enabled the “Preselect opt-in checkbox in the checkout page” option but the checkbox at the checkout is not ticked by default.
Secondly and most importantly, I’m using Fluid Checkout and Checkout Field Editor. I moved the email field at the top for obvious reason. But the Omnisend opt-in checkbox stays at the bottom of the checkout page.
Can these be fixed?
]]>Why have you added a higher priority to the menu in the latest update. It looks messy and intrusive to try and get it to the top of the menu. Not cool guys! + The words span two lines, just looks messy, at least give us an option to add this as a child menu in the settings tab. This is so unnecessary and just looks spammy – certainly not the place to do this.
]]>Hello,
I am receiving frequent 400 errors on my website.
I hired a tech at Codeable to investigate using several tools including New Relic. One of the main contributing factors are 2 Ajax calls which are getting made repeatedly, possibly because they are using some overlapping code/commands. They are:

2. soundestlink.com (Omnisend, correct?)
How can I get some private support for this?

]]>I’m afraid I’m no developer and have read Omnisend’s Embedded Signup Form page and it describes in detail how to make a form and find the code then says “Once you copy the code, you need to open your theme HTML file and paste the code to the part of the page you want your form to be displayed.” Can you please tell me in simple terms where and how I do this? I would like the form to appear in the widget sidebar and had assumed the Omnisend for Woocommerce plugin would have its own widget but I can’t see one.
Thanks, Guys!

]]>I have linked Omnisend to my website, and all seems to be working except for the Checkout Opt-in: I have entered my text into the “Checkout opt-in settings” field, and clicked “update opt-in”, yet nothing seems to display.
My website is using Lay theme as the main theme, could it be some compatibility issue? is there a code snippet I can add to force the opt-in manually? please let me know how to resolve this.
]]>Hi,
Could you please do something about the sorting on alphabetical names in the contact list because it doesn’t exist. I know you can sort with segments but sometimes we just need a simple sorting.
Also the search function is very temperamental. On names it doesn’t work or sometimes works.
Thanks ??
