From start to finish Omnisend has been amazing! The support team have been outstanding. Fast with response, sorting out any issues, personable and understanding and when I had a ticket raised – Chaymae came back immediately to me and provide me with the good news that my problem had been solved. In the process of making the switch from Keap to Omnisend as an email AND SMS marketing tool. I’ve been using Keap for over a decade and it’s been mostly great, but in order to keep these marketing tools under one roof, had to make the switch as Keap’s SMS options are TERRIBLE. Omnisend has been great so far, especially Didem on their support team. Didem was extremely helpful in helping me figure out some nuances with email and sms registrations for existing contacts who may use different emails with the same mobile number (wholesalers with multiple locations and emails for each location, but the same mobile number for the owner). Thanks for helping me make sense of it all and get everything setup and functioning properly, Didem. You’re a gem!

So we have been with Omnisend for a bit over a month. Was a close call between them and Klaviyo – seems the features are the same, but Klaviyo is more expensive and the support is less responsive.
Well, now I’m wondering, maybe you don’t need Klaviyo support as much as you need Omnisend support? I have to say I’ve had to contact them over and over again for small things.
However, the latest thing is extremely concerning. We use a staging site to test new plugin capability and regularly make copies of our live site to our staging site. A few days ago, doing this caused the staging site to OVERWRITE our URL in our contact information, changing our URL to the staging site in all of our automations and automatic URLS (like recommended products).
The solution? Oh, just disable the plugin on the staging site each time.
“If there are any tests you need to redo, you can easily replicate them on the live website later.”
TESTING ON THE LIVE SITE? Come on guys.
So now I cannot test their plugin with any other new plugin at any time or risk our URL being overwritten with the staging URL. Like I don’t even know what to do now. So unprofessional. I wish we went with Klaviyo.

We switched from Mailpoet which wasn’t working good for our online store. The deliverability they promised is not as good as expected. It also lacks of deep integration and premium features, not to mention the outdated template designer interface and list/segments management.

Omnisend is excellent but it is not fully compatible with woocommerce. You can do basic things but need custom events to fully integrate with woocommerce.
