Hi Guys,
We have a number of Gravity forms on our site that power our B2B Account Applications etc.
Currently your main plugins (Omnisend for Woo, or Omnisend for WP) only have the ability to assign a tag/s for any contact sync’d via the plugin. However your Gravity forms Plugin seems to be a one way integration with only the default user properties available. No additional fields or mapping capabilities outside of that. Which limits the value. ie we cant segment our audience correctly.
I showed our Omnisend AE the difference / added value that the Gravity Forms Mailchimp Add-On connector provides. Are you able to update your plugin with the same functionality?
]]>Hi Guys,
We’re busy migrating over to Omnisend. It has overlapped with us moving our forms over to Google’s recapture v3 antispam.
What’ve we’ve noticed is that despite Gravity Forms correctly marking the submissions as SPAM, Omnisend still syncs the contact with our mailing list. All so far have a recapture score of 0. Well below the threshold. Our Mailchimp connection doesn’t have this same issue (ie: It works)
Your migrations team flagged the spam contacts appearing in the lists, but after investigation this, we now know where they are coming in. The Omnisend for Gravity Forms Plugin.
]]>Using the latest version of this plugin with Omnisend for Woocommerce 1.14.1
We currently get the message
Omnisend for Gravity Forms is not able to run because your WordPress environment has not met the minimum requirements.
Please resolve the following issues to use Omnisend:
Can you assist in why this would be?
