Microsoft guys developed this plugin one year ago and do not support even. Their screens in the instructions are old and do not meet current version of app set up. So it is impossible to set up it.

Installation was easy, setup was ok, and it pulled up my OneNote catalog correctly. The problem is formatting. The upload process favors the OneNote formatting over my WordPress theme’s formatting. HTML tags were EVERYWHERE! I had to do a lot of work to get my post looking acceptable. I wrote a full review of the plugin on my website with some testing I did:

This plugin has potential, but needs some sort of option to either ignore OneNote’s formatting or substitute OneNote formatting for WordPress’s.

Easy to set up and use, but does not work (yet) in modern mode (popup comes up blank). Haven’t tested in Spartan/Edge, but that’s next. Extremely useful for researchers like myself.

ohne Professur über MS-Produkte ist das Plug-In leider nicht zu benutzen.
Was zum teufel ist MSA und dessen ClientID oder Client Secret ????
Das Backend ist sowas von Schwach, unverst?ndlich und Informationslos, wie es selbst für absoluten WordPress Neulinge und tiefsten Programmieranf?nger nicht würdig ist. Und schon gar nicht für eine Firma wie es Microsoft ist.
M?glicherweis w?re das Plug-In in der Anwendung ja gut. Nur, ich komme gar nie dazu es überhaupt jemals Anwenden zu k?nnen. Schade.
Also die n?chste Version bitte benutzerfreundlicher und anwendbar gestalten. Und bitte auch für Leute die keine Professur in MS-Produkten haben.

Installed the plugin and followed instructions to setup. Took less than 5 minutes to get going and was able to easily find all my pages in notebooks stored on OneDrive.

Followed instructions and installed very quickly and easily. No issues with it seeing my OneDrive hosted OneNote notebooks. Completed a few quick tests pulling in posts or articles saved in OneNote into WordPress. Formatting matched, pictures showed up correctly, will be using this now as my main post authoring method!
