When you sign up using the OneTap and it creates a user, the id does not comply with the WordPress rules (e.g. if someone’s name is FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME and email is [email protected], id for the created user will be “firstname secondname” or “firstname.secondname” with invalid characters such as ” ” (blank space) or “.” (dot). This becomes a problem when plugins create urls based on user id and therefore become unusable. (e.g. https://www.mysite.com/member/user_id/).

Is there a way to fix that?

We are a marketplace using woocommerce. We have noticed that when a new user signs up with Google Onetap they also receive an email for account activation in their inbox which is not required, can you please guide me how we can disable sending account activation email for Onetap signup. We only want this activation email to be sent when a new user signup by filling the signup form.

Ubuntu 22 + Docker + Portainer + nginx.

When trying to log in I get a 502 and it won’t log in. Docker server + Portainer + ngix.

I’ve installed the plugin and everything was working fine.

Then I noticed that my admin display name started to change “randomly”.

Checked my profile and I had a new Name + Surname, and it made my “Show the name publicly as” to be the new “name + surname”.

I’m sure this is caused by the plugin, because I’ve deactivated it for a while and my admin name remained the same.

Hello, this plugin is just amazing, thanks developers.

One thing that need to be fixed is the “Auto signin” function. It works just fine and perfect, but when user logs-out from his account the Auto signin function makes it log-in back. In my point of view, when a user press logout he wants to stay logged out. So I think that if you can disable for an our the Auto signin only when the user pressed the logout button, the Auto signin will work smoother.

This will also fix another problem:

User has many Google accounts on his Chrome browser. He comes to site and press the wrong one. He is lost forever now if Auto signin is activated.

ps: Auto signin: Users don’t need to remember which Google Account they selected during their last visit. This Plugin logs him in automatically.

The plugin settings page is not displayed in WordPress RTL (Hebrew for example) and an error appears in the chrome console.

When a user has changed the first name and/or the family and login again using Google oneTop, the existing information is overwritten.
This should be that it will not overwrite existing information and It should sync the fields only in register and not in login.
