Is it possible to not have the opacity go all the way to 0? The last few tags are hidden because they are white.

I installed the tag cloud plugin. (the video is beautiful) I can not get the clouds to show up. I was wondering if you had any suggestions.

I followed all the directions in the video, but my tag cloud is just plain text in the color I chose in the widget. The tags do not fade in color. I would like them to fade and change the font. I also have a tag named “Add new tag” that I can’t delete.
