As I see things, the plugin is not reliable.
Non existing support and looks that it’s not mobile friendly.
You can’t use it in the long run…
If the plugin proves me wrong in the near future, I will change my review (if that’s possible) , but for now… it’s just not working properly.

Hands off, very untidy programming, lots of bugs + faulty translation.

We use this plugin together with Paradise theme (customized through child theme) and we really love it.
Responsive design, 100% compatible with WPML, highly configurable and with custom CSS support (global or per single page), very easy to use and with a really great technical support.

This is the most dreadful plug-in. After WEEKS of trying to get the damn thing to work (including several tickets to the help-line who just said it was due to CSS conflicts). I eventually gave up and deleted the plug-in. It just does NOT work as it should.
Do not use unless you you are a computer programmer (I’m not). NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have to say this is far the best plugin for hotel sites, it has everything that needs for one hotel to be running.

The plugin is a good start and has some nice features.
Unfortunately, they do not work as they should.
The room layout in frontend does not really integrate with the general theme layout and there’s no option for selecting a “theme layout” for that page.
Sadly, the price adjustments for rooms (what appears at the end of room settings screen) do NOT work AT ALL!
Price is just not calculated as it should, no matter if you choose “add” or “%”, what you eventually get is the amount you entered and not the final amount, as it should. So if you adjust the weekend price to increase by 10%, you do NOT get the total amount BUT the adjusted value only (so you have 100$ for the weekday and 10% for the weekend!), which is nonsense.
Also, one can ONLY adjust prices for the present month, so if next month starts on a weekend day, an employee must be there to operate the adjustments on the 1st of the new month, as they cannot be entered for ex on the 29th of the previous month.
Infoboxes do not work AT ALL.
If you have packages (say “Spa & Pool”), they appear in the frontend but one cannot add them to the booking as the “plus” sign does nothing when clicked. .So it’s useless
As said, it’s a good start and a good concept but it still needs a lot of tweaking and fixes to also get it to work as promised.
