hoi, I installed and activated panda for email subsricbers for blocking content on wp site. but it’s not working the short code appears as it is on the frontend

I have sent a message to One Press but no support or reply has been given in the last month.

There is a Lock option in the Opt-in Panda plugin called: Permanent Unlock
For Pass Code. It says: “Optional. If On, your lockers will be revealed forever if the user once opened the page URL with the Pass Code.
Otherwise your lockers will be unlocked only when the page URL contains the Pass Code.”

I just put this option ON and the “forever revealing” doesn’t happen. When the user enter with normal URL (without the passcode) the content is locked.

Does opt in panda supports JetPack.

Hello, I’ve been using this plugin for a while.
The batch lock is very helpful for me in some cases.
However, it’s not something I’m looking for.
I need to create a lock that applies to all posts of particular type that comes from ONLY ONE or MORE PARTICULAR CATEGORIES. Then, if I want to lock all post from another category, I’ll create another lock, etc.
Please add this feature to the plugin.

I’m trying to use Opt-in Panda in my online store. I pasted the shortcode [emaillocker] [/emaillocker] on the customizer are. The popup shows up. But after the subscription the page is a blank space. The products dont show up. What can I do to solve this problem?

First of all, let me say how much I like this plugin. It’s exactly what I was looking for!

I do have one issue.
Since I’m in the EU, I checked the option ‘Consent checkbox’ in my locker.
I’ve connected the plugin to my Mailchimp account, which is working, except for the GDPR consent not being checked off in Mailchimp.

Am I doing something wrong?

after creating a new locker, in all lockers table, under “Visibility Conditions” is reported “Hide for mobile: yes”. Does it mean that mobile users can’t see the locker? Why? where is possible to change this option? Thank you.

Using SendGrid API, plugind failed to sync lists on locker creation screen. It throws exception:

Solution:
Change name of file opt-in-panda/plugin/includes/subscription/sendgrid/libs/Client.php to lowercase or fix it on line 49, because it does not works on case-sensitive file systems.

I set up Opt-In Panda to add emails to an email and automatically create WordPress accounts for emails signed up. It initially worked but no longer sends set password/account creation emails when Mailchimp is enabled and adjusting settings does not appear to fix this. I have tried uninstalling, deleting and reinstalling the plugin but it retains settings when reinstalled (and account creation does not work).
Is there a way to completely reset the plugin/delete all settings and associated files to do a fresh reinstall?

The locker shows this error while a site visitor trying to opt-in. This is a major issue. I suspect it was caused by one of your recent updates. The plugin used to work fine.

Can you please release a fix to this? As you can understand this plugin is useless if it can’t do what its name suggest.

What specific cookie(s) does your plugin set to hide the locker from visitors who have already signed up? Want to use that cookie to hide a popup for signed up visitors.

I just updated to v2.6.1 and noticed there’s a new string after a user enters the email.

We have sent a confirmation email to [email protected] (cancelar). Please click on the confirmation link in the email to reveal the content.

I checked on the front-end options of the plugin but there’s no field to translate it.

I’ve just realized that the ‘Name’ field isn’t getting populated in the Sendy list. The form also throws up an error “Unexpected Error occurred during connection to Sendy. Not found.” when first clicked. and when clicked the second time, then it works…

Any ideas?

Hello, I have setup everything according to the “How to use” documentation for SendGrid, but when trying to choose a list under Subscription Options on the locker, the list dropdown says “empty” with an error message that says “Unable to get the lists: access forbidden.” I have even tried giving the SendGrid API Key Full Access as opposed to the limit options required, but that still didn’t resolve the issue. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix I’m missing? Thanks much!

The Opt-In Panda plugin is not working for us, and is currently just stuck on the spinner.

Looking at the console, there are a number of errors flagged by lockers.010307.min.js, including Uncaught TypeError: req.success is not a function.
