Hi, I want to be able to require that backorders be for 2 or more of each out of stock item without setting any minimum for items that are in stock. My product pages are almost all size-based variations pages. Is your plugin able to help me do that?
Hi WPFactory Team,
I’m interested in knowing if it’s possible to set up multiple rules for different user roles within your plugin. For example, I’d like to establish the following rules:
I’ve noticed that there’s a settings page for user roles, but it doesn’t seem to support multiple pricing amounts. I’m curious to know if this feature is available in the Pro version of your plugin.
Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hello!
Update 4.5.0 deletes all files in the path:

This causes WordPress to stop working.

Hi,
I’m trying to figure out to make a product quantity minimum 10 but only if it’s not combined with other products. Then it should just p? 1.
Greetings!
After updating your plugin to version 4.4.2 – 25/03/2024, order status updates via the WooCommerce REST API stopped working.
An example of the error “Ви повинн? мати замовлення на м?н?мальну суму 300,00 ?, щоб розм?стити замовлення, поточна загальна сума замовлення становить 0,00 ?.”
Apparently you didn’t check the behavior of the api when it was removed and now it works for all orders, regardless of the amount
You removed an “important function”:
“General – Checkout options – Remove “Block store api request” option”
Please return the ability to disable API verification.
For now I installed version 4.4.1 – 02/20/2024 and disabled updates.
Thank you!

Hi there
First of all thanks for you great plugin! I just have the problem that translation via Loco translate is not working. Do you might have an idea what can be the problem?
I created the translation file for German (Swiss) and translated almost everything: https://nimb.ws/7bQjoSf
But still the message during checkout shows up in English: https://nimb.ws/cf2TRsp
I think it’s that phrase: “You must have an order with a %s of %%amount%% to place your order, your current order total is %%total%%.”
As you can see here it is translated: https://nimb.ws/NdRabqL
It gives me no errors in Loco Translated, says that everything is synchronized and writable and set up correct.
Hope you can help me with your experience.
Best regards,
Fletsch
Hi there,
Is it possible to restrict the ordering of a single item based on the combined total of other specific products in cart?
I own a comic book shop, and some cover options are what we call ratio variants.
You can order 1 copy for every combined total of 25 other specific comics.
So if you order 50 of the others you can order 2 of the ratio variant.
Is this something your plugin can do, if not do you have any ideas of what I might try please?
Thank you for your help!
Hi,
If I wanted to enforce a minimum cart total amount (£20) which applies only to specific products, is this possible with the free version of this plugin?
Also, do the products have to be in a specific category to apply the restriction or can it be applied to the individual products. All the products are variable products within WooCommerce
Hi
I am looking to enforce a minimum order value, which I think your plugin provides.
But if the same customer adds a coupon and gets say a 20% disacount, that takes the sub total of the cart below order minimum is the order still allowed?
As we would want the ‘your order must be a minimum £10’ to appear…
Is this possible with your plugin?
Hi –
I am currently developing a website for a restaurant. They have a minimum order value for delivery. If someone places an order below this value, then they charge the minimum amount. eg – the minimum order is £12 – any order placed below this value is charged at the minimum £12.
Is your plugin able to cater for this? It needs to only work if delivery is selected, NOT for collections.

After updating your plugin to version 4.3.2 on 08/20/2023, order status updates via the WooCommerce REST API stopped working.
An example of the error “Ви повинн? мати замовлення на м?н?мальну суму 150,00??, щоб розм?стити замовлення, поточна загальна сума замовлення становить 0,00??.”
You added “unnecessary function”:
“Dev – Checkout options – Block checkout process using REST Api.”
How to disable this check for REST API?
Thank you!

Hello. I have upgraded to v4.3.2 on a client’s store and this update broke their integration.
We used this plugin so that the store only accept orders above 200 dollars. And the client uses a custom ERP software that updates order statuses directly in Woocommerce via the WordPress REST API.
But now the developer of the software contacted me to tell that the statuses are not being updated anymore, and that the REST call is returning an error related to the plugin, about an order being below 200 dollars.
Thing is, the ERP software is not trying to *create* and order, but merely updating an existing order’s status. And that order is already above the 200 dollar minimum.
Here’s a screenshot of the call and the response: https://imgur.com/a/SDOdoKG
When adding products from Cart page the minimum order message remains (“You must have an order with a minimum of $10.00 to place your order, your current order total is $7.96.” in this case.) and the Update Cart button is inactive.
If I go back to a Shop page, add a product and go to Cart the minimum order message is gone.
Is there a fix for this?
Thank you!
Hello.
I’m trying to translate the Max sum message to spanish, since I’m using WPML with spanish as native language and english as second. Where am I supposed to use the shortcodes in order to do so? I tried it by switching the language in the WordPress backoffice and saving the Order Minimum/Maximum Amount for WooCommerce plugin settings with the following shortcode in the message boxes:
alg_wc_oma_translate lang="ES"]Text for DE[/alg_wc_oma_translate]
It worked at the beginning, but after a while, the settings in the spanish backoffice version became the same as the english one, and therefore, the message was in english again in both languages. Any suggestions please?

Hi guys,
After performing the recent plugin update, I seem to have lost access to the “Pro” version and I can no longer apply the settings on a per user basis. I paid for lifetime access to the Pro version back on 19th October 2021.
After running the update the plugin seems to have reverted back to the free version and also deactivated itself.
Can you please let me know what I need to do to get the Pro version installed again without having to pay for this again?
Thanks,
Broc

Hello WPFactory team,
we just noticed a JS/jQuery bug with your plugin on the WooCommerce cart page. (Just) on the cart page we get the following console error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
In the code…

jQuery(document).ready(function ($) {
function getCookie(name) {
let value =
; ${document.cookie}
;
let parts = value.split(
; ${name}=
);
[...AND SO ON...]
…it is the word “jQuery” in the beginning that seems to cause the error. Would it be a solution to replace “jQuery” with “$” here?
As soon as we deactivate your plugin, this error is gone. Do you think you’ll fix this bug with a future version of your plugin?
Greetings,
-doffine
Hello, this plugin is conflicting with my automatic cart update. If the customer wants to update the product quantity on the floating cart the order total doesn’t update. And if you go to the cart page, you’ll see that actually the product quantity hasn’t been update at all. When I disable the plugin the problem disappears
