Hello Support,
We are getting some error in sitemap page. Please see below:
“This page contains the following errors:error on line 6 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.”
Once we disable the plugin, this error is gone.
Also when the plugin is re-enabled after deactivating we are getting this error:
The plugin generated 20 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
We are using latest wp version and plugin is also uptodate.
This seems to be related to some space issues. Could you please check and get back to us asap? Waiting for your response.
]]>I have been using your wonderful plugin Order Your Posts Manually for years. Today I was hoping to download this plugin for a site, only to discover that when I go to
https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/order-your-posts-manually , another plugin page displays, that for Rocket Reader, instead of the page for Order Your Posts Manually.
Can you please advise?
]]>Hi, for me it’s not working, no change in the back end, no change in the front end, no change in dates a you warn us might happen which I was hoping it would in all honesty.. am tired of all these plugins that need to always be activated to keep their “fake magic” operating, I was hopeful this could be one that actually DOES something concrete, one that truly changes the annoying WP dating hell (for non-bloggers at last). Maybe it is because I previously used another plugin that gives the exact same date to all my entries, hence no swapping is possible !?
]]>Hi, Just to start, I want to tell you I love your plugin, Order Your Posts Manually. Every time I use it, I am saying thank you.
OK, but I have a support question for the first time. After the plugin update a couple days ago, other info from posts is being used to represent each post in the Order Your Posts Manually listing, instead of the simple post title – even slivers of the featured image are appearing. This is confusing, and hard to identify the posts in the list. I’d love if you could go back to showing just the post title in the listing.
Thank you again for an elegantly simple and enormously meaningful plugin,
Susan
Hi, first of all, thank you for creating this plugin. Is more than amazing and just what I needed to resolve an issue I had that was killing me. Until now it has been more than useful, but I’ve been wondering if there’s anyway to see the excerpt of the post’s im modifying in the reorder page, this could solve the only issue I have with the plugin.
Thank you again, for everything. If there’s anything I can do to help or support, I will.
]]>Rolf,
I created a custom post type ‘artists’. There are currently 45 posts in the ‘artist category’ of the custom post type. I selected artists as CPT and number of posts = 100 in the initial plugin settings and then in the order page I selected ‘artist category’. I even selected show all categories. However, the plugin only returns 31 posts. Is there a limit? Do you know why the list may be truncated?
Cheers,
Jason
This plugin works only with published posts, why? Need the same functionality but for drafts.

]]>Thank you for this nice plugin!
I only noticed one thing: in the main php file at line 38 at ‘add_management_page’ there is role of ‘administrator’, but in the ‘add_options_page’ the role is ‘manage_options’.
So it means if I assign a role different than administrator, they can manage the options, but can not make use of this plugin.
Is it possible to change the role ‘administrator’ in the main php file also to ‘manage_options’ so I can assign other roles to make use of this plug-in?

]]>I am an experienced web developer/wordpress user. I installed and activated the plugin. However, dragging and dropping of posts in the Posts screen seems to have no effect. I can click/drag the post title, but after releasing the mouse, the posts remain in the same position both in the Posts screen and the published page. The creation/modified date remains the same. Manually ordering by editing the creation/modified date works fine.
