Hi,

Al maps of my website are broken. They show the following sentence:

“Contact user:TheDJ if you want to maintain OSMdb and/or the wmflabs’ OMS title server”

Any solutions?

I made some event posts but the maps are not showing up properly. Some are just missing. If I make a new copy of the map for each post they show up but sometimes the places are the same. Do I have to create a new map for every post? It would be nice if I could just use the same map time to time.

Hi,

Since the new update of WordPress version 5.3.2, the map is not appearing when you zoom in. It is ok when it is zoomed out.
When zoomed in, the area is grey and you can view the icons.

On your plugin page there is a warning:
“Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”

The last update of your app was on 1.11.0 | 28.08.19

Since the map is the core functionality, could you please correct and update your plugin.

Multiple different maps on one page

I just bought the Pro Plugin and created 3 different maps.
when I try to put multiple different maps on one page only the first maps is shown.

Where did I go wrong!?

I have a map loaded on a contact page, but the css/js from your plugin is loaded on every page, which isn’t needed.

Do you have any kind of filter available I can use in functions.php, to only load cs/js based on particular conditionals? So if I was able to write something like:

if( !is_page_template('contact') ) {
	return false;
}

…to prevent those resources being loaded, unless it’s the page template specified. Do you have such a filter?

Hi,
since the recent updates of both WordPress to V. 5.2.3 and OSmapper to 1.10.0 unfortunately the frontend does not not Show the map anymore in Windows Explorer. However, strangely it is shown under MAC OS.
I also deinstalled and reinstalled OSmapper and the formerly used map entry and created a new map entry. This map is added to the homepage by means of a widget to the footer section. I created the new map perfectly in the backend but as soon as I switch to the frontend – no map is shown on the external Webpage while using MS Internet Explorer even though the PopUp-Blocker is deactivated.
Can you shed some light on this issue. I noticed earlier similar issues from other users for which a Version 9.10 was recommended. However, I use the lates free Version from www.ads-software.com which is 1.10.0.

i just tried to add pins to the map, but it doesn’t seem to work. the map doesn’t show up in any version, i can only see grey background. if i click on ?get coordinates? the page reloads and all the information i entered is lost. if i click on ?settings? the same happens.

would be really nice to know, what’s wrong.
(i use wordpress 5.2.2)

Nice plugin so far. I have a question and an issue. I would like to create a map just of the USA, if possible. Right now it shows part of Canada and Mexico.

Second, is there a way to make the map responsive? I design it full screen, but when I change the view to smaller screens or phone the map is not responsive and is cut off.

Thank you for your great extension.
I am develloping a new website
I just bought OSMapper Pro some weeks ago.
I already created 6 maps and all was good.
Unfortunatly, for 2 weeks, the “create new map” button is not displayed on backend “New map” page of osmapper anymore.
I disabled all extensions and checked my license number : same.
Everything is ok on my sid ??
I will migrate to production site this end of week.
Could you help me please ?

However there a difference between the OSMapper map and https://www.openstreetmap.org map (more details)

So my question is : How can I use OSMapper to display the https://www.openstreetmap.org version of the map ?

Hello,

First of all I need to thank you for this wonderful WordPress Plugin, it works good on our site. Yes it is still in development and we are working hard to go live.

The only thing is every time when I log in on to the site. The OSMapper plugin is asking for a rating, I do click it away, but it comes back the next time I log in.

Is there a way to remove this ?

Hi again,

after setting some markers manually on the map, I pressed “Get coordinates”-button. At this time, all markers are set to default and all my manually entered positions are gone ??

Is there a posibility to add Latitude and Longitude per cut & paste?

Hi!
All my markers on the map are shown with a white frame and a black border ( https://www.wehners-roesterei.bio/test-2/ ). The preview-map at the dashboard shows the markers correct transparent and withour any frame.

Also, only two of the color schemes are displaying in preview and also when embedded in a page. The others are showing as a grey area with only the markers visible.

Any hints?!

But beside my problems: great plugin! ??

hi dude, very nice try.
I’m missing a couple of features:
1 – there is no way to add cooordinates, the only way to get the pin displayed is to input the address. However, seems that the address is not really the right one. for example: with your plugin, when I input the address, it gives me:
LAT: 45.1820422
LON: 9.146669
If I get coordinates on latlong.net, with same address I get the following:
LAT: 45.183520
LON: 9.146300
yes there is a small difference but it’s not the right point!
2 – If I try to drag the pin on the map, the pin does not move.
