I like what you’ve done here, but one thing you do not specify is which browsers this plugin targets as “Out of date.”

Can I make sure this only targets IE9 and below?

Working great on WP 4.0 it seems, but is there a way to add support for windows 7 and older? Or at least windows 6 and 7? I know that’s really, really old stuff but my client’s clients tend to be the type of people that would be running 7.0. Or 1.0… haha.
