Does this plugin support woocommerce multi vendor?
Im using WCMp and looking for a Aus post and/or Sendle shipping plugin to integrate
Hi
This plugin sounds great. There are dearth of Australian options, and I’ve been disappointed by the alternatives I’ve looked at so far.
4 quick pre-sales questions:
1. Does this plugin use the current API for new Fastway customers (Fastway is now owned by Aramex)? Other Fastway plugins are useless because they haven’t updated from the old coloured label system. New Aramex/Fastway clients use the MyFastway system for generating labels, so that is the pricing API to which I refer.
2. Regarding package size calculations, I assume it calculates multiple items by their volume as well as weight. What if the items are an odd size, like a cylindrical jar, or product in a paper bag that is fat at one end but thin at the other, etc?
3. Is this plugin actively maintained/developed?
4. It sounds like, although the code is made free, the service is not. Can you please confirm the monthly cost to run this plugin?
Thank you for your time. Appreciate your answers.
]]>Hi,
I am hoping this plugin is still supported as it appears to be the only plugin I can find that actually works.
I am using my Transdirect account login for the Shipping Options and it is working better than expected. (Unlike the actual Transdirect Plugin which is completely useless).
The only issue I am facing is that I have set up Flat Rate Shipping in Woo Commerce. While the Ozpost plugin shows the Flat Rate cost which is awesome, it also shows the Transdirect shipping costs, even when a Flat Rate applies.
In short, what I need to do is hide the Transdirect quotes, when Flat Rate Shipping is used as a Shipping Method. If Flat Rate does not apply, then I would like the Ozpost plugin to kick in with the Transdirect quote.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Hi there, I’m just testing out your plugin and have noticed that I’m getting an email/password error for Smartsend VIP. I’ve double-checked my email and password and they are inputted correctly in the plugin settings so I am not sure why it’s coming back with a an error during checkout?
]]>HunterExpress Quotes are not displaying for each items (in most cases heavy products ex. 32 kg). I checked the same weight and dimensions to hunterexpress website it shows the quote. Is any special configuration to set?
]]>WooCommerce v3.1.2
WooCommerce-OzPost v2.1.5
My client has 2 products in WooCommerce – weight is set at .125 kg – 125gm – with dimensions 25x15x2.
It appears that the weight is being calculated as 1kg, which looks to be excluding cheaper methods of shipping via AustPost.
Is this expected behaviour or I missing something blatantly obvious?

]]>Hi Rod
Sorry but the initial topic was closed. The TransDirect option worked while testing but now that the site is live it no longer works. It does not work even on the other server so I am not sure what is wrong?
Any idea? Remember that we do not have an account with them and use it only as a guide.
]]>Hi,
I have two questions I hope you can help with:
1. We use the Fastway Fastlabel system, mostly using the Medium Box with our own packaging. The weight allowed for the medium box is 6kg. I have added the medium box in your plugin, but it won’t show on the cart page. If I add the large box, it shows fine. I thought it might be a case of the dimensions and weight being too much so I reduced these for the product, but the medium box still would not show?
2. Does the plugin hide Fastway as an option if the customers address is not in the Fastway delivery zone? (For example, if the customers address is rural (which requires extra payment for Fastway, or a P.O Box, we would prefer to use Australia Post, and not have Fastway as an option).
Thanks.
]]>hi there,
I have products that I know I can ship via fastway with multiple labels but the system throws a cubed weight/too heavy error when multiple products are added to the cart.
eg:
1 set of wheels = ok / orange label (85x75x15cm)
add a tyre (10x5x2.5cm) and immediately overweight
Does the plugin work with the label system properly with the ability to use multiple labels for an order?
cheers
mark.
Hey,
I’m trying to integrate this plugin for shipping and it only seems to be showing Toll overnight option instead of standard or even given an option of standard?
]]>After installation, I went to Woocommerce -> Settings, and clicked on OzPost. No options appear for configuration.
Is there a step I’m missing?
]]>Hi Rod
Just a quick question which may or may not be plugin limitation. Does the plugin handles TNT international shipping. I can see on the backend that it has Road Express and Express Overnight but no international. I have told the client to check with TNT if they have activated Internaitonal Shipping on their account but thought to ask here as well if there is any limitations or is it based on the clients RTT service?

]]>Great plugin!
Just wondering whether you have plans to add the 1KG express and standard satchels which Aus Post are now offering?
Cheers
Brett
Hi Rod
I have discovered that you have set up the function for dangerous goods to be identified through attributes which is great.
My problem is that we are working on a site that the client effectively wants Dangerous goods to be handled only by TNT.
Is there a way to do so i.e dg value 2 ?
Thanks as always for a great plugin.

]]>Hey there,
I really like how this plugin works with Australia POST allowing you to be very specific with the options you want to use.
I have started testing it and while the domestic Satchel prices (signature + insurance) seem fine, I have been having some trouble with Parcels.
For an express parcel 20.2×20.2×5.2 (cm LxWxH) 2.2kg, signature + $120 insurance, (after adding tare & 10% weight to a product originally 20x20x5cm 2kg)
Australia POST website estimates $27.95.
The plugin estimates $34.30 (Insured Express (Inc. Signature)).
All handling charges are set to zero.
Any ideas for the inconsistency?
Thanks!
]]>Hi Rod
I am trying to transfer a clietn from zan to wordpress now that I show that you have released the woocommerce version ??
Unfortunately got problems which hope you will be able to solve as always ??
1. After installation in the settings I keep getting “Error retrieving Subscription data” . I dn’t think the server is down as the zen site works fine (both sites on same domain/server)
2. When i go to the test site cart I get a lot of errors all pointing to line 451.
The errors are:
