The plugin adds a progress bar type thing to the top of each page while it’s loading. When the page has loaded, the progress bar disappears. The install process was a little different, you see your site load with the progress bar, and each time you try a different theme, it reloads to show you that theme.

Activating the plugin ties you into giving your email address and bang before you know it you have a new Eager apps menu item in the back end.
Curious double uninstall process and eventually deleted it.
Actually pace.js is easy to implement with either wp_enqueue_scripts() function or a link in the header.php of your theme. I’m surprised this plugin complies with the plugin repository t&c.
Sorry if this seems like a bad review but users need to know what they’re getting into – something like “offers in-app purchases” might help.
