I work on a website that use Packlinks.
I can’t understand why but all the pickup modal don’t work after 3.4.0
BUT/AND when i rollback to 3.4.0, orders have critical errors.
(i use last versions of everything except Packlinks)

Hello, good morning, a very strange thing is happening to me. I have several zones configured and in each zone 2 or 3 payment methods. Well, every Wednesday morning these shipments are duplicated (sometimes several times) with zero value, so when a customer comes in they see duplicate shipments with zero price.
I have to delete shipping records manually every Thursday.
If someone visits the page, the problem will probably no longer be seen because I have deleted the cloned shipments myself.
Can someone help me?

This happens when a customer, who enters as a ‘guest’ and hasn’t added their shipping address, adds a product to the cart and clicks on checkout. The checkout page crashes immediately, and nothing can be done.
If this customer already has their address entered in the system, the page displays correctly, including the prices. The problem is that the checkout page is precisely where they need to enter their address. I’ve resolved it by downgrading to version 3.3.4, but I consider it risky to use this version.

There are 2 features that I cannot understand why they are not yet available on the updates in woocommerce.
1st: showing the map instead of the list when choosing dropoff location. The map is better because sometimes people work somewhere else and then they can choose the place near other places they will be.
2st: On every update, I have to manually translate the “choose drop off location” button in french, and also the errors messages. Everything is translate except those sentences, why? it is very annoying to go on the code each updates…
I am the only one with this concern?

“There are no drop-off locations available for the entered address”
However if after filling his address he goes to another page on the site and returns to the shopping basket / order validation page clicking on the “select drop-off location” button works correctly and brings up the list of drop-off points.
How do I remove this bug? I am ready to change the check out process to fix this problem if there is a solution.

Maybe it’s me and the way i’ve set up the Shipping Zone and method, but i’ve set up a local pickup Shipping Method for a specific postcode in a specific country that Packlink also serves, but i’ve got nothing showing on the front end, no options to toggle between paid or pickup for that specific postcode, and no sign on it in the front-end Inspector either.
Does anyone have any ideas what i might be doing wrong, or a solution? Thanks in advance.

The french translation file in the folder wp-content/language/plugin does not contains translations. So I copied the one of the plugin language folder to this folder.
Following this, only the button to choose pickup points was translated but not the following words :

delivery
I have looked inside the file and the words “pick up” and “delivery” are well translated inside the file but not applied on the page (error on these words localisation inside the translation file ?).
The word “DAYS” is missing from all the translations files
Could you help me to have these words translated ?

We encounter a bug on our Packlink-Pro extension integrated on our website with Woocommerce. Whenever we want to access the extension or delivery services via our website. This tells us “Unknown error occured” with a white screen. It worked well several months ago but no longer and we want to update the rates since Mondial Relay has increased its rates.
We tried to disable the other extensions of the website, uninstalled and re-installed the extension, changed the theme or updated all the extensions of the site. But it doesn’t matter. We use wordpress 6.3.2 and PHP 8. The site isn’t in maintenance mode either. Can you help us access our delivery services again?
