If you own an e-commerce business, consider using other companies that offer extended protection for your shipments.
I often ship with UPS via packlink and they offers 14 days of coverage.But Packlink does only 7 days. So No matter what you have insurance on your shipping, your insurance will be valid only 7 days after delivery including weekends.
I have been using their service for over two years without issues until I encountered a problem this year. One of my shipments went missing, and I filed a claim on the 8th day, right after the weekend. Packlink rejected my claim, citing their policy of only accepting claims within 7 days after delivery to the UPS shop. Even though UPS confirmed my loss and was willing to refund it under their 14-day policy, they required Packlink to fill out the necessary forms. Packlink refused to cooperate.
This experience revealed that Packlink’s policies are not aligned with EU regulations, which grant consumers protection for 14 days. Their refusal to comply with these regulations left me with no recourse.
I discovered several other companies that offer better terms without membership fees. Many provide more affordable shipping rates and extended protection for up to 20 days. Switching to a more reliable company can better safeguard your business.
For the sake of your business, seek out a more dependable shipping service that offers comprehensive protection and better customer support.

Les fichiers de traduction sont bien présents avec le plugin mais ils ne sont pas pris en compte. Le plugin ne s’adapte pas à la langue de la boutique.

Déjà que les traductions pour les livraisons via mondial relay ne sont pas faite, la dernière maj (3.3.1) à introduit pour ma part un bug sympa. Même en ayant choisi un point de livraison, le message “Please select drop-off location” continu d’être la et bloque la validation du panier ??
Aller la solution : éditer le fichier packlink-pro-shipping\resources\js\packlink-checkout.js
et on remplace les [1] par [0] aux lignes suivantes.

Les points relais (mondial relay, chronopost…) ne s’affichent pas sur mobile, ?a affiche une page blanche et j’ai eu 0 retours du SAV. C’est embêtant car les clients ne pourront pas passer commande via leur mobile et ?a peut faire perdre beaucoup de ventes inutilement.
Il ne s’agit pas d’un conflit entre plugins car j’ai quasiment tout désactivé et le problème est toujours présent. Mon site est construis avec DIVI.

I used your plugin together with another service, after the last update, you reset all couriers from you and I had to set up them again and it turned out that you disabled my main courier without asking me for permission, when I re-enabled it, I don’t see your couriers!!!. If you wish to have a monopoly like this, I will turn off your plug. Contact with help borders on a miracle, they never write back.

It does everything like expected. But i have problems generating my PDFs for orders. Using German Market Plugin here. If Packlink is active it doesn’t work with PHP 8. Only if i use PHP 7.4.
I had send this issue above one year ago to the support, but nothing changed.
Here is what they said:
“German Market uses the PHP library “FPDF” to generate PDFs for delivery notes and return slips.
If this library already exists in another plugin, German Market will not include it again, but use the files already included.
Apparently the FPDF library in the “Packlink Pro Shipping” plugin is deprecated. The plugin should use a current version of FPDF. You would have to contact the support of this plugin.”

I tested on a fresh installed site and it does not work, it get stuck on basic configuration. I followed the step to step guide published on your page… I also contacted support and they call me back and said that the problem that I have “Add service: We are having troubles getting shipping services” happen to lot of users, but they does not have a solution because it could be “anything”… So they ask for full server access, ftp, wordpress, root, and after 10 days no solution given…
So packlink, if this is a common problem, just solve it and update your plugin… don’t make clients wait forever.

Conoscevo Packlink PRO per sentito dire e per la realizzazione del mio e-commerce ho deciso di affidarmi a questo servizio di spedizione integrandolo nel mio sito web Woocommerce. Sin dal primo momento mi sono trovato davvero benissimo, avere la flessibilità di poter gestire prezzi e corrieri dal backend è qualcosa di veramente unico. Una menzione d’onore va a Brunella Esposito, la mia responsabile account designata. Sin dal primo momento mi ha guidato passo passo telefonicamente e ha risposto a tutte le domande per chiarire i miei dubbi. In linea di massima devo dire che consiglierei PackLink PRO a chiunque voglia avere un servizio di spedizioni integrato sul proprio WooCommerce a 360° con un servizio efficiente e una customer service davvero unica.

In generale è un ottimo servizio, scelto dopo una ricerca accurata. Non mi pento soprattutto perché ho la certezza di assistenza personale e assicurata. I installed packlink plugin in my woocommerce site and suddenly, orders page went really slowly.
Recently (maybe with an update) loading pages, saving pages and add to cart button also go terrible slowly.
I installed queryMonitor and saw more than 500 querys like this:

every time i load a page, update a page, product, add to cart, load orders list etc..
i 'temporary patched' this situation creating and index in type column, but i think this is not the correct solution.

Desde que instalé este plugin “Pack Link Pro” estoy encantada, todo es mas fácil para gestionar los envíos y seguimiento de entrega a mis clientes, los pedidos se automatizan y los precios de envíos son buenos, antes contrataba los envíos directamente a través de las empresas pero los costes eran altos, controlar el envío desde origen hasta el cliente es un muy eficiente, además de la atención que me ha proporcionado Penelope para configurar y dejar el plugin listo para usar ha sido excepcional.

Pack link pro n’ont strictement aucune considération pour leurs clients et si l’on regarde sur leur page FB ont peut se rendre compte avec les avis des uns et des autres à quel point ces gens sont des incompétents qui se moquent totalement des clients.
Leu module est bugué et lorsque vous les contactez pour leur en faire part vous n’obtenez strictement aucune réponse, je ne comprend pas comment le patron de cette entreprise qui doit pourtant bien voir ce qu’il se passe ne réagisse pas…

Bueno, para mí lo más importante es aclarar lo increíblemente atento que ha sido Jaime Quintana Mendibe. él es la persona que me atendió y resolvió no solo dudas, SOLVENTO TODOS LOS PROBLEMAS QUE TENíA. Recalcar también su paciencia, ya que no soy una persona familiarizada con estos recursos y el tubo toda la paciencia del mundo. Como atención al cliente le pondría del 1 al 10 ; un 100000000000.

Spedire con Packlink l’ho trovato comodissimo da diversi anni, facile e intuitivo, negli anni sono intervenute anche modifiche che l’hanno reso sempre più performante. In base al tipo di spedizione puoi scegliere sempre la soluzione più efficace tempo/costi. Provatelo, è l’unico modo per verificarlo secondo le vostre esigenze.

Ho creato il mio primo e-commerce e ho incontrato moltissime difficoltà.
Integrazioni, gestioni, sistemi di pagamento, sistemi di spedizioni, ecc.
Se lo farete anche voi sarà probabile che arriverà un momento dove penserete di mollare tutto, sembrerà tutto estremamente complicato.
E difatti lo è ma ci vuole un po di pazienza e persistenza perché poi ne vale la pena!
Ho pensato di mollare anche con Packlink pro, non ve lo nascondo, ho pensato che non ne valesse la pena e che sarebbe stato meglio sceglierne un altro sistema di spedizioni.
Tuttavia l’assistenza che ho ricevuto è stata incredibile, loro sono sempre disponibili e aiutano veramente a sistemare tutte le cose. Oltretutto l’integrazione funziona davvero, ci sono diverse opzioni e alla fine si riesce a sistemare e a far funzionare il tutto.
Oltre a ciò, i corrieri sono efficienti, puntuali e nell’insieme le cose funzionano! … non mi sembra neanche vero esserci riuscita.
Senza parlare dal fatto che esiste un’ampia varietà di corrieri e prezzi a disposizione, il che aiuta molto anche il cliente.
Comunque vorrei dire a chi, come me, sta affrontando questa tematica, di avere fede e provare, packling pro non mi ha delusa e io (che sono molto scettica) mi sono ricreduta.
Scrivo questa recensione perché credo possa essere utile sia a chi vuole intraprendere quest’avventura dell’e-commerce ma anche a Packlink pro perché sono professionisti, hanno fatto un lavoro pazzesco e sono meritevoli di successo.

L’integrazione con Woocommerce avviene in modo naturale, senza problemi a livello di configurazione.
C’è un bug nella visualizzazione in bozza dei comuni di spedizione, che visualizza comuni diversi nello stesso CAP. Quando la spedizione viene confermata prende però il comune corretto come trasmesso da Woocommerce.

Très simple d’utilisation, je suis accompagnée régulièrement par Katia qui est toujours disponible et réactive pour résoudre mes problèmes et répondre à mes questions que ?a soit par mail ou par téléphone. Seul bémol sur le pluggin c’est qu’on peut pas ajouter la livraison gratuite pour un transporteur en particulier. Je suis obligée de l’activer sur woocommerce et cela s’applique sur tous les modes de livraison
