I submitted this ticket on the PBS website 3 times over the last 3 weeks and despite providing all my Premium License info, WP & FTP login info, have gotten zero response, so this is a last-ditch effort to hopefully get a response, otherwise, between the lack of response and other posts indicating lack of response too, it would seem this plugin developer may have abandoned supporting it.

So, after trying to update my site to PHP 7.3, all of my pagebuilder sandwich stuff didn’t seem to work. Is there going to be a pho 7.3 compatibility update? After googling it, that seems to be the issue.

Hello, I like your product I have constant problem with editing. When I select a frame I want to edit it, editing options always display 1-2 inches below the actual item. With multiple frames it almost impossible to select correct one.

Hi. I’m making sites for a living. And I like to make it with some visual composer, so manager could easily change content without my help. Found your plugin and I like the way HTML code looks, it’s pretty clear and minimal, not like with other page builders for WordPress. I guess your plugin is the way to go if you’re a developer.
But, your documentation for developers is in poor condition right now. I need to find a way to add my own block types. At least as HTML templates (example from CMS that I’m currently using). But it would be better if I could code my own blocks with PHP-controllers where you can do something with inputed data before it goes into DB. Is there a way to do this right now?

Hi, since upgrading to v4.5.1 I am unable to insert media as the insert media button now sits on top of cancel button making it impossible to use pagebuilder sandwich. Anyone else experiencing this issue? The theme I am using is OnePress.

]]>I was using the Speed Booster Pack Plugin and i Think the problem occcured after i Checked “Inline all CSS styles” although I have now Unchecked, the Pagebuilder Icon on the top admin bar still isnt available when i visit any pages, it is seen when I click Edit Page and edit each page but when clicked it doesnt work. Another thing i did was Defer parsing of javascript files .
]]>Let’s be honest a big reason someone would use PBS or other plugins is to add things like columns to pages on a website. If you’re adding columns for text the chances are very high that those columns are going to feature text that is of different length. Even if just by a single line. Especially when you consider different screen sizes. So it makes little sense to me that PBS forces columns to display with their content centered vertically.
I understand that you want people to buy your premium plugin but this seems like a weird place to make your pitch by breaking basic design in this fashion. I know that older versions didn’t do this because they’re live on other sites I’ve worked on but where the site owner hasn’t updated the plugin.
I’m really tempted to just download and use the old version of the plugin but there are obviously concerns with doing something like that. In lieu of doing so I’m tempted to avoid using PBS altogether and giving it a bad review and posting reviews warning others to not use it because of this silly attempt to force adoption of the paid version of the plugin.
Look, I’m not against paying for quality stuff but this is a really terrible way to try to get someone to do it. Please provide a means of correcting this break in design norms or remove it from being a premium only option. If you don’t I will be removing PBS from the sites I know it’s on and will warn others away from it.

This plugin looks slick, but a real showstopper of a problem on iMac/Chrome/Firefox/Safari
When you click on the settings cog of an element, the properties window pops up. However as soon as you move your mouse, the Toolbox flies in from the left side of the browser, and the properties box disappears.
It makes it unusable.
Help – I really want to make this work.
]]>I’ve deactivated my local development machine license, now trying to deploy on production in the middle of a deployment an I get the error:
License was already utilized. If you are trying to move a license from another site, open the Account page under the plugin settings in the admin dashboard, click on deactivate license first, and then try again.
This is really not good enough. My deployment is blocked and I don’t now how to get in contact with you guys.

Is it buggy in general? I’m on the free version, but not sure I wanna upgrade seeing these bugs. First, when I type text and click Paragraph to change it to Heading 1, the drop down slides back up? So I cannot change it. Is this because its not on the premium? I’ve tried in FF & Chrome.
Also, in a similar fashion I added a 3 column element, and I click Properties to do something like change the background color. A popup window appears, but when I move the mouse to the popup window, that too disappears?

I don’t think this would have to do with free/premium version, and I’m on 4.8.1. Any thoughts as to what causes this? I have few other plugins. Could my PHP version be causing this?

I have just updated to WP 4.8. I don’t know if it is related. Also my website language is Persian (RTL fa-IR).
I have also checked the latest version of PBS and there is no such file in the mentioned directory.
Is it a bug or my problem?

I added a custom menu to my page with blank template and the menu items are vertically aligned and there is no option to make them horizontal, Am I doing something wrong or it is the expected behavior . If expected then, I must say it is wastage of time as you need to write css for it, where as the default wordpress menu is horizontal .
