I’m looking for the capability to add notes to pages and posts and share them with other site users. This plugin has the core functions I’m looking for but lacks one essential feature to make it complete. It would be helpful to display partial note text on a column in the page and post listing table so you have an overview of the pages that have note and some idea what the notes are. I wanted to request this feature and note that the support threads are never answered. It looks like the author has little willingness to support and improve the plugin.

Please don’t abandon it. There is simply no other plugin that does the same or at least none that I could find, and beleive me, I searched for quite a while.
If you could add the option for it to replicate/copy the notes on all created posts with the same tags it would be extreme.

It provides a handy place to leave notes. I used to leave notes at the bottom of my draft, but that’s risky because I’ve forgotten and left them in there a few times after publishing. This plugin removes that possibility. Thanks.

To make it more functional, I would also suggest to add a column on the page/posts list with a tag and filter system to be able to search and filter the notes and its content from there itself, that would be awesome!

I like this plugin. It is simple and adds a nice feature. I hooked into this plugin and added the notes into a column to the admin post list. (If you provide a link to Github, I am willing to share this functionality ?? )

This addon is good, but when you look upon Pages table in admin – you do not see if any page has a note – no such column. In Joomla each article Title has substring available for admin comment for future use. Would be great to have something like that here too. Otherwise it is very hard to work with items in the table, especially if there is no way to sort them by extra field

This is a wonderful plugin that allows you to add documentation for Pages (or Posts).
It helped us to define the purpose of a page and actions to be taken if the page was edited. We were able to add comments like why a page might not be in a menu and where it was linked from etc.
I would prefer an explicit SAVE button as I lost my first attempt at a note and could not work out why.
One note per page is enough for us. It would be good to be able to see the note in the Page listing. At least first “x” characters.
