Hi,
When users click a page name in the table in “my-account/restrict-pages-overview” page, it redirects to “my-account” page. This happens only on mobile devices.
]]>Hi, I noticed the members page restriction does not work if a user has a woocommerce order status of ‘processing’ but they have paid for the item. Does the plugin not take into count ‘processing’ status for ‘paid’ items? or does it just work with an order status of ‘completed’?
thanks
]]>Hi, I have customers with past orders using a guest checkout from years ago, if they register with the same email address that they ordered when using a guest checkout then will they then be able to see the restricted access? the product ids are the same as when they purchased as a guest too.
I have only recently added this plugin and have disabled checkout as guest, but i need all the past orders to work with the plugin somehow.
thanks
]]>Hi,
We have a problem, some customers who purchased a product with access to a specific page do not have access to it, even though their order is visible in the plugin settings.
Best regards
]]>Hello,
Is there a way to change the title from “Restricted Pages” to “Restricted Content”?
Thank you
]]>Hi,
i just installed plugin. In my account I see restricted pages but when I click there is 404.
Can u help me?
]]>Hello Mr. Vlado,
Thank you for your awesome work! A customer purchased a product needed to access a restricted page about a week ago, but they aren’t able to access the page after the purchase completed.
I checked to ensure the payment completed successfully, and it did.
I wasn’t able to locate the user or order number when I navigated to the User Overview screen.
Is there a way to refresh the list, or a known fix?
Thanks again!

Plug-in is great and working well, but is there a max number of pages that can be restricted? It seems to be around 60. Is there any way to increase that max number?
]]>Hi,
I found conflict with plugins that displays any post content in the admin area – i.e. WP Docs or Admin Help Docs. These plugins uses “the_content” filter, which is used also in Page Restrict.
In define_public_hooks() there is initiate_process_page() added to “the_content” filter chain, in the admin area too. To properly handle filtering “initiate_process_page()” should have one more line:
public function initiate_process_page($content)
{
$restrict_process = new Section_Blocks();
if(!is_admin()){
return $restrict_process->process_page($content);
}
return $content;
}

Hi, Is there is a way to restrict the page based on variable products? I have multiple variable products and its only showing the same product in drop down Lock by products. for example I have a variable product named free trial and with variable products options trial I and trial II, I want to have separate page for trial I and trial II.
]]>I am trying to restrict page with Page Restrict for WooCommerce. I have locked a page with a product. But unfortunately it doesn’t work. I noticed an error which is attached on screenshot. Please let me know the possible solution.
]]>Hi,
I wanna add new pages for product that people have bought. But they dont see it – just new buyers.
How can I change it?
]]>Hi,
I would like to give the restrict message a bit of stylilng. How can I do that?
thanks
]]>Hi,
Thanks to your nice and free plugin.
I receive the error
‘WooCommerce has detected that some of your active plugins are incompatible with currently enabled WooCommerce features’
? 1 Incompatible plugin detected (Page Restrict for WooCommerce).
Is it by my side or it is the issue of the plugins?
]]>Hello.
The div with class=”restrict-pages-overview-wrapper” contains a table that indicates the end date and time of access. Tell me how to make this time local.
I have this time indicated 3 hours earlier.
]]>Hi,
first thank your great work.
I run the latest WP build and the expiring timer do not stop. I hide the timer for this reason.
Perhaps you can fix it.
Cheers
Out of the blue I am unable to restrict pages. I choose a product that should be bought to be able to see the page, I click on save (response 200). I refresh and there is no restriction. I go to the page, it is publicly visible.
Can you please help me out? All my paid products are visible now to the public.
]]>Thanks for your plugin. I am testing it and seems to fit perfectly my needs.
By the way, I have no logout link in My Account page and get the following error:
Warning: Undefined array key “customer-logout” in /home/[..]/www/wp-content/plugins/page-restrict-for-woocommerce/includes/front/class-wc-my-account.php on line49
PHP version: 8.0.30
Thanks in advance,
Albert.
Greetings!
Is it possible to increase the time of access to restricted content by increasing the number of product units that must be purchased for access?
For example: we have a product, the purchase of which gives 5 minutes of access to restricted content. If we buy three units of such a product, how can we make sure that the access time to restricted content increases to 15 minutes?
I tried to experiment with this. Sometimes the plugin ignores the quantity of the product, sometimes it reacts in an unpredictable way.
Experimental conditions: localhost, XAMPP Version 8.2.4, WordPress 6.3.2, WooCommerce 8.2.1
This feature can be used when, to access content, the seller specifies a fee per unit of time (for example, per month), and the client selects the number of months for which he agrees to pay.
I will be grateful for any answer.
All the best, goodbye.
]]>Our website has a black background and yellow hyperlink text… Currently, this plugin uses a white row background in the Restricted Pages list under customer account and its nearly impossible to read.
https://pasteboard.co/QeRy9xHjiGqe.png
We *could* maybe find it in the plugin stylesheet and change it, but would have to chase that dragon whenever we update the plugin since it would almost certainly erase our modification.
It would be really great if you could either remove the row background altogether so it works on both light and dark backgrounds, following the template flavor of all websites, or add a setting to adjust it.
Great plugin, really, thanks for your work – but this is an issue – I hope it can be resolved. ??
]]>Hi,
Without doing anything else, site crashes to non admin users, nothing specific in logs, only:
2023-09-25 12:01:52Error178.189.136.160786239#0: *304469 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream
As an administrator, I am able to remove Lock by product value and suddenly website starts to work for non logged in users.
I tried to disable most of the installed plugins to find out if there is any conflict but could no disable all.
I tried accessing website from Incognito window to make sure cookies are not the problem, but still whole site crashes, logged in user is OK.
PHP 8.2.10 / Nginx
Any ideas how to fix this,
thanks best regards,
Mike
]]>Hello Vlado,
Is there an easy way to translate messages such as: “Your access to this section expired or you haven’t bought products needed to access this page. Buy?Artikel over Ruggenmerginfarct?in order to access this section!” in Dutch language?
Thanks,
Erwin
]]>Getting this error in the debug log:
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “customer-logout” in /var/www/vhosts/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/page-restrict-for-woocommerce/includes/front/class-wc-my-account.php on line 49
How to fix?
]]>I don’t know when this became an issue; however, on April 25, 2023, purchases made via card and/or coupon code worked perfectly. After a purchase was made, the restricted pages became instantly accessible to the user.
Today (August 08, 2023) when attempting to make a new purchase under a new user, (via credit card or coupon code) Page Restric does not grant access to the restricted pages. It also does not list them on the “Restricted Pages Overview” on the “My Account” section.
Old users and old purchases still have access to the Restricted Pages.
I have tried deleting and re-installing the plugin and still have the same issue.
]]>Hi, I’d like to change the wording the user sees on the User Account section, as shown on the screenshot – the menu item “Restricted Pages” and the section title “Restricted Pages List”. Is this possible?
]]>I have installed the plugin and setup a product that I want the user to purchase before acccess. A week or two ago when i first tried this it seemed to work as expected.
Yesterday and today, I cannot get it to work correctly at all. I’ve tried a variety of pages and products, and whenever I set something to be restricted based on a product it crashes the whole site such that it can’t be accessed at all. entering the site in a browser just gives a spinning loading wheel. Viewing things through the admin panel, logged in with the admin account is fine, but for everything else the website just doesn’t respond at all.
I’ve tried uninstall and reinstalling the plugin and its just the same. It is very repeatable now and doesn’t seem to be dependent on any feature in the restricted page.
Checking the logs, it seems to cause a critical memory issue.
2023-07-20T12:59:04+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /var/www/wp-includes/meta.php on line 1186
I can have the plugin installed, but as soon as I restrict a page, its a problem.
WordPress 6.2.2 running Neve theme.
Woocommerce 7.9.0
I was planning to launch a product using this plugin in about 5 hours time so any help would be very much appreciated!
Dear plugin creator,
Thank you for the amazing plugin.
I do have a question; right now my users get access to the page after I (as an admin) confirm the order. But I want the users to get access after they paid (order still has to be checked, but they already paid). Is that possible?
Thank you.
]]>Hello,
thanks for nice plugin. However, I noticed a few problems.
https://i.ibb.co/mq0Bcbh/Untitled-2.jpg
Lock by products – no products are displayed
Only checkboxes are saved
2. why is there no redirection to the product? When a page is locked, simply redirect to the product that unlocks that page.
]]>When do you consider to release the restriction per category. It would be nice if this is available for pages and posts. I have created the ability to have categories on my pages as well.
Is there a way to have a main page, and automatically restrict all pages linked as child pages to the main page?
]]>Hi, I got this error when I try to checkout the product in my website
