Hi, I need to install this plugin in a amazon lightsail instance for a wordpress network installation, when I install the plugin it ask me for FTP user and password. Since we use S3 I don′t have a user and a password, is there any way to skip the ftp login or what would be the correct way to install it? Thanks in advance.

I have just set up Page Frog on my companies blog and enabled AMPed.

I have set up all the styling correctly in accordance with our brand guidelines, however, I am having issues with the logo.

For some reason, it keeps appearing extremely small. Currently the log I am using is 2000px wide by 704 pixels tall (https://www.rentokil.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/deBugged-Amp-2.png).

Does anyone know how I can make the logo appear at a decent, legible size whilst on an AMPed page?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m using the plugin to get my site registered from FB Instant Articles. It’s using Google AMP fine.

The FB IA process is incredibly long, tedious & complex. Though my FB page has hundreds of article published from my blog, the IA production queue right now has 7 articles. It seems to be adding one or two articles per day to the queue. Is this the process it will follow till it gets to the requisite number of 10 posts? Frankly, I don’t understand why it just doesn’t search the articles I’ve already published via my FB pg & approve me.

My second question was that images I used in my post are generating errors like this one (so far 2 of the 7 posts have this error):

“Your Article Can’t Be Published
You must fix the errors noted before your article can be published.
Could Not Download Image: Your image from URL https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2018/01/27/14/48A148D300000578-0-image-a-2_1517065171911.jpg could not be downloaded with an error code 0. Please check to make sure image at https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2018/01/27/14/48A148D300000578-0-image-a-2_1517065171911.jpg is active and loads correctly at that URL.”

Is this happening because my post links to images on third party web pages? Is there any way to correct this short of hosting every image I use on my own server? Is there a plugin or some sort of configuration which can fix this image issue?

Also, if I keep waiting for the production article queue to reach 10 articles, will these errors not matter?

The plugin tries to load assets from a weird path that doesn’t exist.

There are multiple instances in the jquery-ui css that have the wrong path.

1 example:

.ui-widget-content{border:1px solid #ddd;background:#eee url("../../../../Downloads/jquery-ui-1.11.4/images/ui-bg_highlight-soft_100_eeeeee_1x100.png") 50% top repeat-x;color:#333}

As you can see it tries to traverse out 4 times which is outside of the plugin folder itself.

Hi, I am using the Plugin to create Instant Articles for my Facebook Site. Standard features work great and fine, but I am using for gallerys on my Blog the official WordPress shortcode [gallery ids: "" ]. WordPress is using the miniature picture (150 x 150) on the website. On the blog I’ve installed an Lightbox Plugin to watch the pictures i original size.
But when these articles are transformed to Facebook, I got failures on Facebook. Sometimes FB says that the slodeshow contains wrong figures. Only img-type is allowed in slideshow. But sometimes the pictures are shown in Instant articles as miniature images in the Slideshow. Sometimes the pictures are shown in original size but as Single pictures without slideshow and sometimes the pictures aren’t shown at all in the articles.
Maybe somebody has the same problem like me.

Looking thru all the users who followed probably the same blog post to find this plugin, I conclude it doesn’t actually work. Given the dev has not answered a single question here, and google’s errors as:

Prohibited HTML Tag with AMP equivalent
User-authored JavaScript found on page
Invalid CSS stylesheet
AMP markup missing or incorrect
Prohibited or invalid use of HTML Tag
Use of deprecated tags or attributes

It seems not useful to have this plugin at all.

Will you be updating the plugin to handle PHP7 warnings?

When I get pagefrog instant articles request https://xmy.com?feed=pagefrog_instant_articles its taking long to execute maximum it gives 504 gateway timeout and also increase load average on server.

I did profiling through xdebug and it shows maximum time it takes

sanitize_post_field , PageFrog_Parser_InstantArticles->cleanDom

These two operations take maximum and it takes very minimal to get data from mysql.

Any help or suggestion would be appriciated.

I have setup instant articles and AMP using this plugin. Every time before publishing the post, I enable articles for AMP and instant articles.

After publishing the article, I find that the articles are not enabled for instant articles and AMP. I had to check it again and update the post again. Only then they are getting enabled.

Why this happens every time?

This is error:

Problem: When i use more [] with number inside, this plugin will cannot excute. And when i remove [] example: [1], [2]…. It works ok.

Pagefrog is doing somethng wrong, facebook tells me

Been getting these quite often lately and not sure why.. it seems the amp/fbia pages are in fact generated but still.. error msg is concerning.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I am having a hard time with official FBIA plugin because there are some shortcodes that that plugin doesnt clean, and Im using your plugin instead It seems to work fine but for some reason the rss feed file doesnt show anything below the “read more” tag, I have no idea how to solve this, there is no custom rules as the FBIA plugin.

Also in this plugin overview says that I can manage custom ads but when I installed there were no options for custom ads, did you took that away?

We are using the Cache Enabler plugin found here:

We have modified it slightly so it provides our upstream nginx proxy with the header “X-Accel-Expires: 3600” for upstream caching of pages.

However, caching seems to be disabled for /amp/ pages.

I’m presuming it’s because the AMP generator is not loading all plugins or something like that.

How can we enable this caching plugin for our /amp/ pages?

Any help, tips, resolutions and support are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I installed the “Facebook Instant Articles & Google AMP Pages by PageFrog” plugin with the option “Force AMP compliance by removing other plugins/functions from AMP pages.” to be validated by https://validator.ampproject.org. With “NextGEN Gallery” plugin active is produced a blank page.

I have a problem that the links i put in a post are changed by pagefrog.

For example a link is

<a href="www.bandcamp.com/xyz">Link</a>

when looking at the instant article code the code was changed to an internal page link wich looks like this:
