Have been using this plugin for a while it worked great and they way it was intended I have noticed recently I stops my shortcodes from working I have disabled the plugins on 2 sites and the shortcodes started functioning as normal hope you guys do an update soon its been a while

The plugin does not show more than 3 categories in its settings whereas I have 9 categories in use.
How do I get the remaining categories to show up in order to add them to the selected pages?

]]>The plugin for some reason doubles the page original content, and show one in the right place, and a copy on the right-top corener.
Here’s a link to the blog, it’s in Hebrew, but i guess you can understand the concept. The page i’m using the plugin on is the home page.
Plugin returns a 500 error. Looking through the code to see if I can figure out why but I am not a programmer.

]]>This WAS a really good plugin – the best of its kind. It’s such a shame that its developer seems to have lost interest in it. The last update, according to WP, was almost 2 years ago & it does not seem to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

]]>After setting up all my page with the categories. I clicked on to my pages and the admin bar disappears in the frontend. Any solution to this problem? I’m using wordpress 3.4.1. Also checked to see if it was something to do with my theme but even the default wordpress theme admin bar disappears. Really hoping for a response.

I would like to know i mean this is a great plugin and all but i’m stuck here i have more than 1 category that i would like to make into pages and only 1 selected “category” and “all” under “Display posts from Category: ” show up.
All the other fifteen pages i can’t make into indiviual pages? So what do i do where do i go from here? I really need help and hope you’d be able to help me.As this is very important.

]]>If Pages Posts gives you the following error at the bottom of your blog:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_queried_object() on a non-object in /……/wp-includes/admin-bar.php on line 440
and breaks the admin bar when you’re logged in, this is the solution:
In “functions.php,” insert the following line on line 238:
$wp_query = $GLOBALS['wp_query'];
There should be THREE closing braces } before that line, and TWO closing braces } after the line.
The goal is to have it after the switch() statement that starts on line 138.
After making this change, the admin bar will work, and the error will go away.
This fix is needed as of Pages-posts version 2.1. Hopefully it will be fixed in future releases.
]]>Unfortunately the Pages Posts plugin is causing an internal server since I upgraded to WordPress 3.3.1. Disabling the plugin does the trick, but it’s a real shame as there is no other plugin like it as far as I’m aware.

I’ve got an issue with Mystique 3.1 (theme by DigitalNature) – the plugin Pages Posts works no longer in the newest version. After clicking menu item which uses Pages Posts plugin, one gets the message: “Fatal error: Call to a member function set() on a non-object in /xyz/public_html/wp-includes/query.php on line 75″. Downgrading to version 2.42 resolves the problem and the plugin Pages Posts works properly with the earlier version.
Please help me with the issue

Hi,
I’ve been using your nice plugin for a while, but now that I updated Jetpack, it’s not working anymore, I mean, if both plugins are activated, I get a 500 internal error, I have to disable Jetpack to access the page to which I linked the posts.
I love this plug-in, but there’s one thing I really need it to do and that’s to use the assigned ‘full width’ page template, rather than the default template.
Is there a way to do that by editing the plug-in code? I’ve already looked through the code. I’m not a code guru, but can usually hack my way through to get the results I need, however I didn’t see how to do it in the plug-in code.

]]>When I install and run Pages Posts, it appears to work except for the following embarrassing message that appears below my footer:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_queried_object() on a non-object in /home/content/n/e/t/netaxpayers/html/netaxj/wp-includes/query.php on line 43
I suspect it has to do with the lack of support for the current version of WordPress. The latest version supported on the plugin pages was 3.0.2.
If it worked, this plugin does exactly what I want. I will look for another solution, but if this were fixed, it would be much easier!

i am currently using the Pages Post Plug-in to send posts under the “announcements” category to the homepage. However, when the plugin isn’t activated, the home page css works, the page title shows up as “home” and the current page text background of the menu bar is white, as it is on the other pages.
not sure why the pages post is disabling the custom css or how to edit it. also noticed it is affecting the gallery and minutes page as well.

Is there anyway to get this plugin to use an image from an excerpt ?
We are trying to have 1 displayed until people click that post then it will show more.
Also anyway to get it to use the More option like what is normally on the homepage ? added the tag to do this but it doesn’t work.

I’m using the Pixel theme, v. 2.0.2. I really have no further details to add. The plugin is so simple… it just doesn’t work! It displays all categories on the selected blog page.
]]>I just installed, created a page, selected it from the plugin menu, told it to display full posts from a single category on that page. However, it is showing ALL posts and only excerpts. I’ve tried it several times with different categories, but the result is the same.
Any ideas on why that might be? Any help would be appreciated. This looks like it would be a useful plugin if it would work.

Wow, what a great plugin, this does exactly where i looking for a long time. And it also works. I use version 2.1 of this plugin.
The question is:
When i create a new page, that i give that page a description.
I made also a category.
The message i write i link to the category. Then i use the plugin and check the result.
I see that there is no white line between the page description and my message.

The original <titele> of page is lost. Shows the Site Title.

When I chose Display and look as though a home page it then displays all posts and not just the ones on that category that i set it.

One strange observation though – the original page title comes out in the wrong style, and there’s no “edit” link in the original page – although all the posts that follow have both the correct title style and an “edit” button.
Looking at the resulting page source the title is there as an H2 tag – but it just isn’t picking up the same style? Pages without post/pages content display correctly
Obviously logged on as an admin to see the “edit” anyway

It’s probably to do with the theme, Station by Page Lines, but just thought i’d let you know.
