Everything was working perfectly until yesterday.

I’m using your awesome plugin and everything seems good but i ran into one problem. I restricted content, but the problem is, sometimes a payment fails. But even if the payment fails the user can still access the content for thta subscription!!! Is there a setting somewhere, that the user can only access if payment was sucessfull?

I have a dark theme on my website but all of the front end pages generated by PMS are not inheriting any of the styles and instead has black text that is unreadable. I’ve tried tinkering with Custom CSS but it is not working or making any changes to the styles. Also the input fields are not inheriting the styles either, creating a very clashing UX for new members.
Users have to highlight the text in order to see it. See attached image.

I have been working on setting up PMS for my subscription boxes, but cannot seem to get any more paying methods to work.
I have set up my PMS backend settings, (3) subscriptions and Stripe account, with extra (active) paying methods within the platform such as (specifically) iDEAL and Bancontact. However these payment methods are not visible within my WordPress register page when trying to purchase a subscription (tried several browsers as well).
Within my WordPress settings Stripe is connected succesfully and listed as a default payment gateway, but the webhooks status is not active yet (I suppose this only works when a subscription has been processed correctly).
Any ideas what might be the issue?

I have two separate subscription plans for different types of content and I have discount codes for both. The problem is, when the user has 1 subscription plan selected – the discount code option does not appear. When they select the other subscription plan, it shows up. This creates a problem for my users who are trying to use the discount code for a specific plan.

]]>I?need to create a membership site where the members sign up and the amount they get charged changes depending on when they sign up. It’s $130/year and goes down 1/12 per month. All memberships renew May 1st. So each month after May the total cost goes down 1/12.? ?
I was thinking I can create 12 unique subscriptions, with specific costs and use custom PHP to show them depending on the month.?
THE PROBLEM: if they buy in December, and pay around $60, how do I get them to renew in May for $130? Can I manually change their subscription and initiate a charge, can it be automatic? I’d like to gate the memberships as well so they are “pending” until we give full approval.
Last, I need custom profile attributes for members. Is there a way to set that up when they signup AND have them access their profile to update?

I created a single page model for my properties and would like to open it to paying members, however, the page does not recognize restriction changes, and only those with an administrator profile can access it, subscribers are redirected to the blocked content page. The pages are correct, the restrictions work perfectly.
I created this model using the Jet Engine plugin.
I’ve already remade another model, but it still doesn’t allow access.

]]>I am new to PMS, this is the first time that I have used it. The issue I am having is with using elementor to block certain buttons from the different tiers. The setup does seem very straight forward, but, with no success I have attempted all settings. What happens is absolutely nothing gets hidden at all.
I created a custom plugin that works wonderfully with PMS so I know the plugin works. I have also extended the user account page with an extra tab and form content. All that works great. Here is what I’ve tried.
1. Disabled and even deleted all but PMS and Elementor. This includes my own custom plugin.
2. Every combination of settings within Elementor to attempt to get anything to hide.
3. New test users with one of the 3 tiers, admin user of course, Incog windows, cleared caches, and multiple browsers.
4. Page re-saves, subscription tiers re-saved, and page re-saves.
5. Tried to restrict content to containers, buttons, and text blocks. All of those have been restricted individually. Even with and without the container having settings at the same time.
I really dont want to have to create custom templates to be able to use this outside of Elementor so any help would be appreciated.
Installed plugins > Elementor Version 3.25.0, essential Elementor addons Version 6.0.8, Filebird Version 6.4.2, PMS Version 2.13.0, and the WordPress importer Version 0.8.3.
I am using the free version of PMS, I don’t want to utilize pro until I know this is going to test properly and be the fit I think it will be.

On “My account” page [pms-account] it has this:
“You do not have any subscriptions attached to your account.
To purchase a subscription, you can?click here.”
but the link takes user to home page with register form (via code [wppb-register]).
I want option just for renew membership for existing, logged in users, not to register form.

I am wondering if it is possible to change the name of an existing subscription plan (the parent plan). It seems to be possible, however, when I try to save the change, I get a message that the price needs to be be at least $1. Searching the documentation and previous posts, I could not find a solution and appreciate if you could help in case I missed it.
]]>Appreciate any help or advice. We use this feature regularly, and reporting has been working for us for many months. Now, however, we’re unable generate a report and/or export to CSV.
Here are the steps we’re taking:
Navigate to Paid Member Subscriptions –> Reports
Click Export
Choose report options — Subscription Plan = “All Subscriptions” and Subscription Plan status = “Expired“
Click Generate CSV
Instead getting a report, we’re redirected back to the main Dashboard of our web site (not Dashboard of the PMS plug-in). Here is the URL that takes us back to the main dashboard:
Normally, when the feature is working, we see a CSV file being downloaded by the browser (Chrome or Edge) that we can then open in Excel, from a CSV file sitting in our downloads folder. Our staff are all on Windows 10 or 11. We have tried multiple machines and browsers, but no reports getting downloaded.

]]>Over the past few days I have been getting a large number of accounts created that appear be getting created by [pms-register] within Paid Member Subscriptions, yet I have no forms or pages using these shortcodes however something is allowing people to access one of these and create accounts.
The volume of accounts created is triggering our hosting provider spam filters and knocks out the site for several hours.
Can you tell me how to disable the shortcodes that are enable registration to prevent this happening?

Users are still getting sub expired emails after I manually go in and adjust the expiritation date to the following year. This is done manually because the payment method is manual/offline.

We want to lower the subscription fee for all our users – so we decreased the subscription plan price from $15 to $5. Now the problem is that it applies only new subscribers. Users who subscribed before this change are still paying $15 not $5. How to apply this change to all the subscribers?

I am having a similar issue as this post with automatic emails not being sent when a subscription expires. I’ve installed the email log plugin as suggested in the thread above, and I know that WordPress core emails (e.g. New User Registration, Password Reset) emails are being sent. However, no emails from the plugin are going out. I set a test account’s subscription to expire after installing the email log plugin, and there has been no activity.
Do you have any other suggestions of why this could be happening?

]]>Thank you for offering your services. I am considering using the PRO version, but I have encountered two problems with the free version:
– Since I installed the plug-in a few weeks ago, every time I go to my WordPress Administrator page it redirects me automatically to the Register Form of the Paid Memberships Form. It is really annoying because now I have to access my page through my provider.
– I find it strange to see that half of my subscribers are under the “pending” or “failed” labels. It seems that the process works only sometimes. I have tested it as if I were a possible subscriber, and on the Register form there was no connection to the PayPal page: “In process” or something similar was displayed for so long that I gave up.
