Is there anyway to increase the upload file size? Or maybe there’s a folder where I can FTP a larger file to? Thanks
]]>So I’m missing something. Here is the process I went through:
1. Downloaded and installed the plugin
2. Went to the twitter dev website and created my app and changed the permissions to read and write.
3. Obtained and added the twitter consumer and consumer secret key.
4. Uploaded my file and created my pay button.
5. Created my initial landing page to insert the button, then published it.
6. When I click on the button, it gives me an “Unauthorized 401” error.
7. Went to the Pay With A Tweet actual website.
8. Created a button there and activated a campaign.
9. Everything worked (posts to twitter/facebook, all the directions ultra clear and easy to work with) until I got to the file download page (callback URL).
10. Callback URL is a blank page.
I tried creating a page for the callback URL, but I can’t. How do I create the callback URL page and design it so this can go live? In one post, I read that there needs to be a friendly setting? How do I do that? In the dev.twitter my apps section, I’m not seeing anything to change from the “default” setting. My callback URL was created by the plugin, but I can’t edit the page. I know I’m missing something very important here. Help would be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance! ??

]]>Hola Rolando,
I tried install your plugin following your video guide. Everything seems to be correctly configured (read-writing permissions etc). When I click on the download button on my webpage, the following screen appears:

Any idea?
Muchas gracias
]]>hi
indeed, a great plugin we have here but there is room for improvements
one of the deficiencies of this plugin is the preview of the Twitter message being delivered without which people might not confirm the authentification
at this stage people don’t know what message will get delivered under their Twitter account
it looks like other similar social payment apps have this feature
I’m bit of surprised that no one has noticed this issue till now
I’d highly appreciate if you Rolando could have few of your thoughts regarding this issue or perhaps there is something I’m missing
thanks in advance
]]>Hey! Thank you a lot for this awesome plugin! It works great!
I’ve figured out how to style my download page, but I can’t tweet and download endless times in a short time, because Twitter doesn’t allow me.
1. Is there any way I can preview and style my download page locally or in my browser?
2. If I add php from the theme I have installed into the filter.php of the plugin, will it recognise the theme files?
Thanks a lot in advance!
]]>Hello,
This is Sneha. I have installed your plugin and configured the settings as shown in the video.
While configuring the app the Access permission should be Read and Write.
When I save the settings it prompts me “Need your Mobile number on your twitter account”. So i tried to update my mobile number. While updating the mobile number it gives error as “Sorry, we don’t have a connection to your carrier yet!”
I am unable to update my number so im unable to use Read write permission.
So that my plugin is not working.
I have created payment buttons and used its shortcode. When i click on the link it tells page not found.
So how can use your plugin?
Is there any way?
Waiting for your valuable response.
Regards,
Sneha Dantkale
Greetings,
Great plugin it is working great, I only have one issue and that is when the person clicks the button to generate the tweet and download the file it goes to a new page. The appearance of this page doesn’t appear how I would like it to. Would you please direct me to where the files for this page are stored.
Thanks Much
]]>Tried to use the plugin and got a 401 error. Nothing was posted to Twitter, either. Any idea what that means?
]]>I installed the plugin and I got this error when I want to download a file on my website with ‘pay with a tweet’:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthException in /nfs/home/deb34784n2/domains/nouk-san.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pay-with-a-tweet/lib/OAuth.php on line 8
What’s wrong? Can it be fixed?
