I am experiencing an issue with the Payflex Payment Gateway plugin (version 2.6.2) on my WooCommerce site. After enabling the WooCommerce ‘High-Performance order storage’ feature, I received a notification indicating that the Payflex plugin is incompatible with this feature and should not be activated.

I have since rolled back to version 2.6.1, which works perfectly fine with the High-Performance Order Storage feature. However, the latest update (version 2.6.2) seems to cause this compatibility issue.

Hi, the new version (2.4.7) released this morning at 9am is corrupted it seems. There are no files inside the config folder within the plugin and they are being called by partpay.php which is causing a critical error. Line 278

Good day, what email template is being used for the New Order email to website administrator when an order is paid for using Payflex? I have made changes to the WooCommerce New Order template via a template hook in my childtheme functions.php file. The changes work for all other orders and payment gateways but not with the Payflex payment gateway. When we get a new order that was paid for using Payflex the email template is still just the standard WooCommerce New Order Template.

After adding products to the cart, and selecting Payflex as a payment option, Then clicking on Checkout, the customer gets stuck on the following page https://thewigfactory.co.za/checkout-2/order-pay/30220/?key=wc_order_a80SM2P7zMhAO with no option to proceed. I have tried checking out using other payment gateways and they are working and redirecting to the respective payment pages.

Please urgently assist.

The Pay Now option seems to now require the customer to sign-in / create an account with PayFlex. Why was this changed? This has caused many abandoned carts for one of my clients. Not all customers wish to create an account with PayFlex.

I have been using your gateway for a while and I just noticed the widget isn’t working on the single product page.

Please advise

Is it possible to change the layout and style of how the Payflex text and buttons appear on each product in the store?

I am using Elementor on a website but the Payflex widget is not showing up on the single products page. I have added the shortcode with Elementor, and also tried adding it with a Woocommerce hook. The Payflex info is showing up on the checkout page, so that part is working. I have checked the box for “Products Page widget with any page builder”.

Any recommendations on getting this to work?

Hi I have a issue with my site it seems when a client cancelled a order.
The woocommerce status changes it back to pending even after it was manually changed by the shop manager.
