Hello,
I am experienced an issue with the currect version of the plugin. When customers try to valid their payment on the website, they get the following error message :
“Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed”.
I have been informed to follow the instructions of the current link but I do not know if I can modify the php.ini (the website is hosted in a mutual server).
Does someone could help me?

]]>This is a bug report for the Paymill plugin used together with WooCommerce 2.6.14 (I guess Paymill plugin does not support WooCommerce 3.0).
I can reproduce it for different subscriptions.
To reproduce:
1. Subscriber (user/costomer) clicks on Suspend in the WooCommerce My Accout section
2. Subscription changes to “Suspended” in WooCommerce, but stays active in PayMill. (this the bug)
3. This has the side effect, then when the next payment is pending in Paymill, then Paymill will withdraw the money and also create a new renewal order and reactivate the subscription in WooCommerce.

I configured Paymill plugin and in test mode everything works. When I switch to live mode and try to pay with debit card, I get this error:
Unknown Error: Invalid payment data. You are not configured for this currency or sub type (country or brand)
Is this because order/payment is made in euros and I only have Paymill configured for CZK currency and EUR I only have “requested” but still not active? Why does it work in test mode, then?

I solved this issue now, but it’s worth reporting because I lost a few sales because of it, until a customer told me they couldn’t pay with credit card.
Basically I updated to paymill 1.12, and for some reason the webhook wasn’t working anymore. So I deleted it from paymill merchant center, and I created a new one from your plugin by inserting the api keys again and saving changes.
Everything seemed fine, but the newly created webhook only had subscription events created by default. I didn’t notice it, but customers couldn’t buy using their credit cards. I had to go to the merchant center and activate all events for the webhook, and now it works fine! I tested again and I confirm that new webhooks created by your plugin only have subscription events created.

]]>With Paypal it is possible to switch a WooCommerce Subscription (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/switching-guide/). That is to down-, up- or crossgrade a subscription. Under “My Account” > Subscriptions > Subscrition item there is a button visible to the customer. If Paymill is used as payment method (instead of Paypal) then this button is missing.
Is subscription switching not supported by the Paymill plugin?

I see you are working again on the Plugin (which is very, very good news!).
We use WooCommerce Subscriptions 2.1.2 and Paymill 1.10.9. It works, except that after the first renewal (that is, 1st withdrawal of money) the Subscriptions’ Status are set to “inactive” at https://app.paymill.com/subscriptions
If we try to manually activate the Subscription again (under https://app.paymill.com/subscriptions), then we get the error message (always and for all the inactive Subscriptions): “The subscription is not assigned to an active payment method. Please select an active payment method. After that you will be able to re-activate the subscription.” I can edit the Subscription then and save, but then again, when trying to “Activate” the Subscription I get the same error.
The WooCommerce Subscriptions backend shows all these as “active”. We just started the Subscriptions feature one month ago. It is monthly, and we are worried that the money withdraw will now fail for the next (2nd) renewal on 1th of March.

I read in the changelog that the new version of the plugin is supporting the new “bridge”. At the moment I’m stuck with version 1.0.6 because it is the last version to have error notification right after the input fields. My question is: will this version keep working with the new bridge or should I update to the newer version as soon as possible?

I would like that they all stay as ‘processing’ after successful payment. Is this possible?

I run WP v4.6.1 with the paymill 1.10.9 but when I run into a problem with testing the payment page (using test keys). I simple fill in the form (embedded payframen is set in the settings) and use the test VISA card nr from Paymill documentation.

Is this a problem with the plugin or it configuration. Or is it something my paymill account instead? Any pointer would be much appreciated.

So I’m asking the Paymill community: Does anybody know good alternatives, in particular SEPA direct debit (Bankeinzug / Lastschriftverfahren) that’s working painlessly in WooCommerce? What about Stripe, Braintree or PayPal Plus – do any of these support SEPA direct debit?

a customer called us: On Safari clicking the SEPA button does nothing. I think the customer was using Mac Desktop Safari.
I could reproduce the problem on an iPad. When trying to touch the SEPA button the whole website hangs. I’d guess it’s some kind of JavaScript Error.

I’m reporting an issue I’m experiencing with version 1.0.9 of this plugin. When using my test account on my local testing environment, transactions can not be completed anymore. When I hit the checkout button after entering the testing card details nothing happens and no error is given. If a try a 3d secure testing card, the 3d secure window opens, I enter the “hint” and the window keeps appearing forever.
If I revert to 1.0.6 (the version I’ve been using since now) everything works just fine even 3d Secure transactions. I’m using latest wordpress/woocommerce.

Ich f?nde es gut (und bin’s so von Magento gewohnt), wenn man in der Bestellung gleich mehr Informationen wir etwa den Statuscode, den Transaktionstoken, die gekürzte Kreditkartennummer etc. sehen k?nnte… das sagt mehr über den Erfolg der Zahlung aus, als nur das umstellen des Bestellstatus. ??
W?re sowas irgendwie m?glich?

Ich würde gerne die “Direct Integration” w?hlen, lande dann jedoch in einer 3D-Secure Loop, der Kunde muss also immer wieder aufs neue sein 3D Secure Passwort eingeben. Ist das ein bekanntest Problem?

I’m sticking with version 1.0.6 because the two latest releases introduced UI changes that result in sale loss and checkout abandon, which is a huge issue for an online shop.
What I mean is: in version 1.0.6, users got notified of errors right on the paymill form. Now this only happens when using the payframe option, which I can’t use until there is an option to customize CSS as it looks very bad on my site, with form fields not aligned properly. If I choose not to use the payframe option, errors appear on top of the page, but users are not redirected there, they just keep hitting the checkout button and nothing happens. I myself couldn’t figure out what was going on until I accidentally scrolled to the top of the page and found out the error message.
Losing customers at checkout is a major issue to me, people not understanding what’s going on when they hit the checkout button should be a major concern for the development of a plugin like this, so please restore the old behaviour (like it was in 1.0.6) until the payframe css can be customized,

We don’t want to offer SEPA (just some credit cards and PayPal) and therefor disabled SEPA for PayMill.
When now choosing PAYMILL at checkout there is no way to enter any credit card information. Even the iframe is not loaded.
We currently using the latest version of WP, WooCommerce, this plugin.
