Hi guys, I use the Pro version and it works perfectly: Just one thing: When I use a multipage template with two pages, the created PDF has three pages. The third page of the PDF is empty. How can I avoid this? Is it happening if the content of the second page is to close to the page bottom? Thanks in advance, I appreciate your help! Micha
]]>I created a new form and the to use the same template that the original form is using but with the added fiels. How do i change the from from where the PDF Builder will be populated?
]]>Hello! Whenever I try to view WPForm entries, I get the ‘There has been a critical error on this website‘ message on the page. I tried deactivating all plugins except the WPForms plugin and the PDF Builder for WPForms plugin, and the error message shows up. When I only have the WPForms plugin activated, I can see all form entries as usual.
A message I saw in the php error log is: “PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/customer/www/mywebsite.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pdf-builder-for-wpforms/Integration/Adapters/WPForm/FormProcessor/WPFormFormProcessor.php on line 120″
Any ideas on how to fix the issue? Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks!
I am experiencing an issue with the PDF Builder for WPForms plugin on my WordPress site. I currently use WPForms tags, such as {field_id=’31’}, to dynamically insert form values into my generated PDF documents.
The tag replacement works correctly in standard PDF templates. However, when I use a PDF template that incorporates another template as a footer, the tags are not replaced with form values in this footer.
Here are the steps to reproduce the problem:
The expected result is that the tags in the footer are replaced by the corresponding form values, as they are in the main body of the PDF. However, in the footer, the tags remain unchanged and appear as they are.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or provide instructions to ensure that the tags are correctly processed in PDF footer templates?
]]>I’m working on a project where I’m using the WPForm plugin along with the PDF Builder addon to generate a printable PDF version of a form. The form includes conditional logic to show/hide certain fields and images based on the user’s selections.
Currently, when I generate the PDF, the images are being displayed across multiple pages instead of being consolidated onto a single page. For example, if I select options that trigger three different images to show, each image ends up on a separate page in the PDF.
I would like to have all the conditionally shown images appear together on a single page in the PDF output, regardless of how many images are triggered based on the form selections.
I’ve looked through the plugin documentation and settings, but I haven’t found a way to achieve this layout adjustment for the PDF. Is there a way to modify the PDF Builder to force all conditional images to print on the same page? Or perhaps a code customization that could be applied?
Any guidance or solutions from experienced WPForm and PDF Builder users would be greatly appreciated. I’m happy to provide more details about my specific form setup and requirements.
Thank you in advance for your help!

]]>Hi Edgar,
Our compliments: the PDFBuilder works like a charm!
We have a question: is there a way to set the compression rate of the background and other images included in the pdf-file? The images now become a bit blurry.
See https://www.eft-center-hannover.de/basistraining/download/Preview.pdf
The resulting PDF is now 139 KB. We would not mind if it was bigger.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Hendrik

]]>1) When is it planned that the plugin will also be supported for WordPress 6.1.1?
2) Is it really possible to use conditional fields in the Pro version?
Example:
If form field [payment]=”bank”, then show in PDF “IBAN: 123456”,
If form field [payment]=”sepa”, then show in PDF “please use this link: …”
While trying to generate an Invoice for a Custom Template I created, a new tab opens up and it says: “There has been a critical error on this website.”
I installed the plugin today for the first time. I am using Free Version, as I only need to download invoice sometimes.
In the Customer Invoice Template, I have added an Image and many custom fields.
]]>Hello,
After multiple tests, I found out that the last version of the plugin is causing issues with WPForm.
Forms would not submit at all.
WPForms Lite version : 1.7.9.1
WordPress version : 6.1.1
Any timeline when the bug will be fixed ?
Thanks !
]]>When filling out an online form where, among other things, files can be uploaded and attached, there is the following problem:
If the user fills out the form with the smartphone (problem only here and not with the desktop version) and uploads images in the field “”Upload files”, which he shoots directly in the process (i.e. not taken from the gallery), these are embedded the wrong way around within the PDF, which is generated and attached with the PDF Builder. This happens mainly with images shot on edge.
