I have a PDF with some hyperlinks inside.

The links work when I open the PDF with ‘Preview’ on my Mac.

But when I upload them on my WordPress site and present them on a screen with this plugin the links are not clickable.

What am I doing wrong?

When I upload (convert) a pdf for use with the plugin despite selecting the single-page layout it produces a pdf with alternate blank pages.

I don’t mind a two-page layout but I don’t want blank pages inserted. Why is this happening?

I presume you already know. The plugin doesn’t work anymore with the new WordPress version… I had to deactivate it because it gave a critical error.

I have experienced, that the PDF Light Viewer plugin sets a PHPSESSID cookie on my site.
This seems to prevent the site from being cached (SiteGround).
Is there anyway I can solve this issue easily?

Hi there I’ve been using this plugin past few months and I like the interface. However, since these 2 months, I cannot import any PDF. It cause error to my website whenever I check the box ‘Check to import or re-import PDF file’. I have been trying to upload for numerous times but to no avail. Please help. I have tested this PDF Light Viewer Plugin on Windows IIS platform and it seems that it is not working.
I have installed ImageMagick, ghostscript and also the ImageMagick PHP extension. I use the latest PHP version 7.4.20.
In the configuration of the PDF Light Viewer Plugin, the ImageMagick is well detected.
But maybe it’s a problem with the ImageMagick and ghostscript together. But I don’t know what the reason will be?
When I download a PDF file, then the preview is not builded. I get the error message:

pdf-light-viewer] shortcode cannot be rendered due to the error: No converted pages found.
If PDF has been already converted, then probably there were some errors during the import. Please check plugin error log on the settings page and your site error log for errors.

Is there anyone who can give me some tips or hints? Or the reason why it is not working?

We recently uploaded a new pdf, and we got an issue on colors.
The pdf shown is much lighter.
Any idea why?
Does the plugin uses some local tools like imagemagick or something ? The server has been migrated, so if local tools are used it could be the root cause.

Plugin is Amazing! I have the zoom feature disabled as it is awkward on mobile and I would rather allow the reader to pinch to zoom. On Safari and duckduckgo browsers, it works fine. However, on Google Chrome on Android, the pinch to zoom doesn’t work. Is there a setting that I am missing?

Having a strange issue with this plugin. Have had no issues with the import and server support have confirmed all the requirements for the plugin are met.

The zoomed-in view of the page on hover displays the PDF page, however the standard size page does not render, it only renders the lazy BG texture.

Can anyone who has a more intricate knowledge of the plugin point to where we might be going wrong on this one?

When clicking the fullscreen button, the pdf size is not changed (still limited to max-width or max height if filled). If no max-width or height is filled the pdf is correctly resized…

Super plugin, nice layout, fast. I bought the Pro for the text search. But the text search only works on the back-end on my website. So I bought the server add on. No difference… I tried several pdfs. All the same result.

when we updated to 1.4.2 just a few hours ago, we can no longer see the enfold theme menu at all. I cannot close the survey on top the page, it does nothing. Love the plugin but it has broken something in the admin side of wordpress. Also when you upload a new plugin it will only show the upload button. Also when you update plugins and you click select all…it will not select all.
We are up to date with wordpress, theme and all plugins.

Hi, i’ve noticed that the fullscreen button is not showing up on ios devices regardless of the browser used (I’ve tried on iphones 6-7-8 and on 2017-2018 ipads using safari, chrome and mozilla). I thought that it maybe was a mobile problem but it shows up and works fine on android (and also on pc/mac).
I’m using the latest version of the plugin (1.4.1)

Is this a problem on my end or is this some sort of compatibility issue with ios devices?
